Summary:

Between the views of Table Rock Lake, the homey atmosphere, and a downstairs game room complete with pool table and wet bar, it’s hard to pick a favorite part of The Greenview Manor. But one thing is for sure. This home will be the central highlight of your getaway to the Ozarks and Table Rock Lake.



The Space:

In a home meant to host many, the main level is dedicated to open concept gathering. The living area is furnished with plush couches under spacious, vaulted ceilings. Indoor leisure time can be spent streaming movies, shows, or sporting events on the large smart tv while lounging about and relaxing. In addition to the pool table and wet bar, the downstairs game area has more couches and another tv where you can have movie nights without interruption. Right off the upper living room, the home’s back deck features open views of the lake, which make grilling up dinner and relaxing outside all the more enjoyable.



Back inside, the kitchen is fully equipped to make snacks and meals for your entire group. Quick bites or casual breakfasts can be had at the kitchen counter with barstool seating for 2, and formal meals can be hosted at the dining table which seats 6.



This home sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and extra sleeper sofas.



Bedroom #1 has a full size bed.



Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, ensuite bathroom, and deck.



Bedrooms #3 and #4 each have a king size bed.



Additional sleeping spaces - 1 queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living room

The house was very roomy, lots of space for us to spread out. The view of the lake is beautiful. It’s about 20 minutes to pretty much every popular attraction in the area, and very close to restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were VERY comfortable! The home was clean and well-maintained and stocked with plenty of dishes and drinkware. We will definitely consider it again for future trips to the area!

Very nice property. House was clean, beds were comfortable, host worked with us on some changes to our reservations. This was an overall excellent experience. It's less than a twenty minute drive to Silver Dollar City, which was our daytime destination.

Beds were very comfortable. The host was excellent, responded to questions very quickly. The game room downstairs was perfect to spend time with the family. The info says they supply 3 rolls of toilet paper but didn't mention that it was 3 rolls per bathroom so there was plenty without buying more. I recommend parking in the garage because the driveway is steep and hard to turn around unless you use the garage. Overall a great place to stay. if you don't mind being 30 minutes outside of Branson

Overall we had a great experience. Rooms were clean and spacious. Really accommodated our large group. From the pictures online we were expecting a better view of the lake and driveway was a bit more narrow than we were expecting making it kind of hard to park multiple vehicles. Knowing all of this we would definitely still choose this property to stay at again!

Peaceful Getaway Oasis

The property was extremely beautiful, very clean, and suited us great. It was more room than expected. I loved the balcony on both levels. The kids really enjoyed themselves.

In town for annual family vacation, home was very clean, very roomy and set up wonderfully for several to stay at the same time. Beds very comfy, kitchen large and well supplied.

Spacious house with views of the lake. It was perfect for our family reunion. Well equipped. Our check in instructions asked for trash to be put in the trash can and dumpster. Neither were available for us to use. These along with a couple more trash bags would be easy fixes.

We loved our visit! Things we wish we could change - there needs to be a full size trash can and the AC needs to be serviced. We couldn’t get it below 75 during the day.

Family weekend

We had a family weekend before school starts back. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool table was a huge hit! The house was very clean and comfortable. You are on the top of a hill so you can look across and see the lake. It was a very relaxing weekend. Property manager does a great job.

The View is beautiful!

We had a nice week long stay! The deck was a quiet place to sit and enjoy beautiful views of Table Rock lake and the Ozark Mountains. The kids enjoyed playing pool downstairs. It was a great size house for us to have plenty of space and not feel on top of eachother. One thing to mention, you could smell that their had been cats at one time. We kept all the fans on, and that helped.

Family trip

The home was beautiful and very spacious. The house sits on a hill and the driveway was very steep. I wish the house was closer to the Branson strip attractions. Its about a 20 minute drive which at night was challenging due to the narrow hilly roads leading to the house.... overall the house was wonderful but can use a jacuzzi and the deck could be maintained a little better to be more sturdier...

Christmas stay

Overall it was good stay. Just some minor things need to be updated/fixed. You have access to the garage however the key pad to open and close it from the outside does not work. Found mold in the refrigerator. Such a small trash can in kitchen for a home that can hold up to 14 people.

Family lake trip

The location is a quiet neighborhood. While we were aware of the driveway, we did not realize exactly how steep and sharp the driveway would be. The kitchen is not fully equipped (for example no full set of measuring cups or spoons, hand mixer did not have proper beaters and only 4 wine glasses for a house that sleeps 14). The deck railing is loose and can be dangerous with small children. There was not enough bedding for all the beds and one of the sleeper sofas was broken at time of arrival. The view from the living room and balcony was very nice and the garage is very big. The AC works great. The master bedroom has a bathroom inside but no door separating bathroom from the bed. Pool table downstairs is a great additional but difficult to find a place for all 14 people to sit together in the same area. It is a short drive to the lake and feels very private. Overall a nice place with a few fixes/quirks.
