The unit was clean, improved since our visit a couple of years back. New appliances and a game room. Location was convenient for activities and shopping. Very comfortable furnishings. The owner takes good care of this property. We did find a lot of nesting brown widow spiders on the outdoor furnishings and the master toilet partially flushes on its own numerous times all hours, apparently has a leaking ball valve or something that needs addressed. But we had an awesome visit and hope to make it back again next Labor Day.
