Our condo is on the 16th floor and private 3 stack!!! in a perfect position overlooking the Gulf, whether from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. Nearly 2,000 sq. feet, the condo is large and newly furnished.



Amenities: Our unit has granite countertops in the kitchen and master bath, full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wet bar with Ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room with additional flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms. We also have a keyless entry lock on the front door so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with keys during your stay!!



Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. There is a King sized bed in the master bedroom, a King sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, the third bedroom has two Queen beds and there are two sleeper sofa queens in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, fitness center, four saunas, and roof-top tennis courts.



We also have the condo next door should you need more space!



The nearby Wharf and Tanger Outlets feature world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment, including outdoor concerts by nationally-known artists.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

The pictures are very well taken but looks can be deceiving. The living room and kitchen area is not as large as it appears via pictures. It is probably time for some new beds as they squeak with every toss and turn throughout the night. Bring your own pillows as if they aren’t flat as a pancake they are heavy, old, and stained. Decor could be updated Ice machine in the room was the biggest bonus! Elevators are SLOW, so be patient. Pool and lazy river are perfect for adults and children. All in all the stay was nice. Views are beautiful.

Army wives annual trip

We had a wonderful time on our annual trip. I would recommend this rental to my friends . The only complaint would be the mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Great place and location

We had a great time at this location. There was plenty of room and well maintained. It was convenient to all the local amenities with an incredible view of the Gulf. The only negative was that ine of the pull out couch beds was broken. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing. Would do it again.

Beachfront Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The picture was accurate as to what furniture was in the living spaces but it was worn. The one couch had some stains on it and the wooden furniture had drawers that didn't open or some were broken and chipped in the bedrooms and living room. With that being said, the furniture was comfortable. The condo was very clean except for some mold on a shower curtain in one of the bedrooms. There were also some issues with the TVs. We had to troubleshoot two of them and we finally had to have the cable company come in and fix one of the TVs as we were unable to fix it and Charlotte, the VRBO rep, was unable to fix it. This seemed to be a cable company issue and not a TV issue as there was a sign in all the elevators the next day telling people to call the cable service company for Internet and TV problems.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the mattresses were bad. One had a dip in it that made it bad for my sister to sleep on. There was a broken lamp in the same bedroom that would have been nice if it had been replaced for nighttime reading. The toilet in the hall bath did't work even after a repairman supposedly repaired it. My daughter dropped some jewelry that went under the bed in the master bedroom and the dust was an inch thick, there was woman's underwear and a cookie under the bed. GROSS. Also the kitchen wasn't very well equipped and we had to go buy some things. This was the wworse stay we have ever had at a Pheonis property. We will not be staying at this location again
