Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Küche und das Haus allgemein waren sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation vor Ort mit dem Ansprechpartner war sehr gut. Matthias hat uns bei Problemen weitergeholfen und uns auch gute Tipps zu Lokalitäten u.Ä. gegeben. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön groß und nicht einsehbar und man kann viel Ruhe genießen. Der Pool, den man sich mit den anderen Parteien teilt, ist ausreichend groß und so kommt man auch mal mit anderen Urlaubern ins Gespräch. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Einziges Manko für uns waren die hohen Temperaturen, aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus in toller Lage, wertige und geschmackvolle Ausstattung, sauberer und großer Pool. Ausflugsziele gut zu erreichen. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Kontakt vor Ort. Danke lieber Matthias für deine guten Tipps bzgl. Ausflugszielen und kulinarischen Adressen. Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dem sehr schön gelegenen Haus mit toller Aussicht verbracht. Das gemütliche Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der gesamten Anlage gibt es etwa sechs bis acht Unterkünfte mit jeweils eigenen Grundstücken. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind durche eine Hecke abgeschirmt und nicht einsehbar. Der recht große und gepflegte Gemeinschaftspool ist etwa 100 m entfernt und schnell erreicht (vom Haus aus sind keine Pool-Geräusche zu hören).Der schöne Ort Casole d'Elsa ist etwa 2 km entfernt. Siena, San Gigimignano und Volterra sind quasi Nachbarorte, nach Florenz benötigt man etwa eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Übrigens: das Haus wird über einen typisch toskanischen weißen Schotterweg erschlossen (ca. 700 m lang). Mit einem normalen PKW lässt sich das Anwesen aber gut erreichen.Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin und zu der lokalen Kontaktperson ist sehr nett und sehr hilfreich!Wir kommen beim nächsten Toskana Besuch sehr gerne wieder!

Man kann sich nicht mehr wünschen als in diesem traumhaften Haus in dieser wunderbaren Umgebung, in der Nähe von Florenz und Siena Urlaub zu machen. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Check in ist völlig problemlos, die Betreuung, wenn gebraucht, einwandfrei

Perfekter Winterurlaub in der Toskana

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, gemütliche Terrasse, absolut ruhig und von der Lage her toll gelegen. Geschmackvoll und auch praktisch eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. In der Silvesterwoche, als wir dort waren, war das Haus gemütlich warm, zusätzlich konnten wir sogar mit dem Holzofen heizen, was das ganze noch gemütlicher machte. Um den Kater Mauricio haben wir uns sehr gerne gekümmert, er war eine Bereicherung. Auch war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr nett, wir bekamen im Voraus sehr gute Informationen. Gerne wieder!!!

Entspannung in ländlicher Idylle

Wir haben die Woche in der Toskana sehr genossen. Die Aussicht vom Häuschen könnte einem Bildband entspringen. Kater Mauricio ist ein treuer Begleiter, der die Nähe der Bewohner sucht und nicht das Haus betritt.

Dieses schöne Haus ist wirklich traumhaft gelegen. Der weite Blick auf die Felder sorgt für augenblickliche Entschleunigung. Der Pool war bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Und Katerchen Maurizio ist wirklich herzallerliebst...

Sommer Sonne Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes, auf einem Hügel gelegenes Ferienhaus. Viel Platz, sehr rustikal, wie man es auf dem Land erwartet. Viel Ruhe, ein schöner Pool. Jedezeit wieder. Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Mit dem Auto, ohne geht es hier nicht, kann man viel in der Umgebung erleben.

Erholung pur

Typisches Toscana Haus mit tollen Garten und sensationellen Lage bzw. Landschaft.An Ausstattung und Zubehör hat es an nichts gefehlt alles da.Die Anlage wo sich das Haus befindet ist sehr gepflegt auch der Gemeinschaftspool einfach TOP und sehr ruhig hatten ihn eigentlich nur für uns alleine. Was zu erwähnen wäre,der Schotterweg von 900m bis zur Anlage / Haus ist nicht ganz Ohne.Wer sehr penibel auf sein Auto achtet hat ein Problem viel Sandstaub bedeckt das Fahrzeug bei einer Fahrt und Steine schleudern am Unterboden. Wie viele erwähnen,der Hauskater Maurizio einfach cool und machte uns viel Freude.Er muß versorgt werden und nach der zweiten Woche war er uns sehr vertraut und blieb auch oft bei uns und chillte am Haus. Fazit: Es war Erholung pur wunderschönes Haus und Traumhafte Lage.Supermarkt so wie Metzger alles in der nähe (Casole d Elsa) auch Restaurants,Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Städte wunderschöne Ortschaften etc. sehr nahe.

Wundervoll gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten erholsame, entspannte 14 Tage in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits in einem kleinen Weiler….traumhaft. Jeder Tag begann mit einem Frühstück mit Ausblick auf die sanften Hügel der Umgebung. Im Vorfeld hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Frau Schäfer und auch vor Ort gab es einen netten und hilfsbereiten Ansprechpartner. Auch den Hauskater Maurizio haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen. Das Ferienhaus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht und wir haben das große eingewachsene Grundstück mit seinen beiden Terrassen sehr geschätzt. Der große Gemeinschaftspool mit zum Haus gehörigen Liegen war zu unserer Reisezeit wenig besucht und daher hatten wir den Luxus ihn überwiegend für uns alleine zu haben. Unser Aufenthalt wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben und wir kommen gern einmal wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft für Kurzurlaub in der Toskana

Sehr gut. Wetter in der 2. Woche nicht so gut. An der Unterkunft ist fast nichts auszusetzen. Nur der Fernseher ist außer Mode und zu klein.

Erholung und Ruhe pur

Wir haben große Teile unseres Aufenthalts auf den bequemen Liegen im Halbschatten des Gartens verbracht und dabei immer wieder den Ausblick genossen. Kater Maurizio war dabei ein wunderbarer Begleiter. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und der große Pool ist schön und ein Treffpunkt mit den anderen Urlaubern. Die Lage von La Casetta ist traumhaft und garantiert Ruhe und gibt gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit für viele Ausflüge. Exzellent ist die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts gelaufen!

Einfach nur schön!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesen herrlichen Haus und haben jeden Tag voll genossen! Fantastische Landschaft, wunderschöne Ortschaften, sauberer wunderbarer Pool, tolle Betreuung vor Ort, Wegbeschreibung perfekt, super Ausstattung - für alles volle 5 Sterne! Der einzige Punkt, den wir erwähnen wollen, ist der unbefestigte letzte Wegabschnitt…. nicht geeignet für tiefliegende Autos… ganz langsam gehts aber :)! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und freuen uns auch schon auf ein Wiedersehen mit Maurizio, dem süßen und sehr treuen Hauskater

Sehr angenehmes Haus, schöner Garten und großer Pool. Ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick. Idealer Ausgangsort für Besuche nach Siena, Volterra, San Gimigniano. Hübscher Ort (Casole d‘Elsa) nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Netter Empfang vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein absolutes Traumhaus

Wir haben La Casetta zwei Wochen lang genossen: die Ruhe, den Pool, die komfortable Ausstattung und Kater Maurizio, der uns ans Herz gewachsen ist. Schnell waren wir in Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra; auch Arezzo war gut zu erreichen. Alles Wichtige - also Wein, Brot, Käse, Pasta, Obst und Gemüse - gab es im Ort. Und wenn wir zu faul zum Kochen waren, sind wir zehn Minuten zum Antico Casale La Pieve gefahren - eine Traumlocation mit wunderbarem Essen. Ich hoffe, es war nicht unser letzter Besuch.
