Welcome to “Seahaven”- All the beauty of 30A is waiting for you at this modern, 2-bedroom condo located in The Pointe on 30A. Nestled in a serene, resort-style setting, this cool retreat offers 1 king bed and 1 queen bed for a comfortable stay. With 2 bathrooms featuring an oversized soaking bathtub and showers, guests can relax and unwind. An additional foyer space with twin bunk beds provides flexibility for your needs. Our condo is on the 4th floor and accessible by elevators.

Enjoy the excellent amenities like a seasonally heated pool with cabanas, hot tub, free WiFi, rooftop bar with gulf views, built in gas grills, outdoor fireplace with multiple seating areas, a fitness room with a Peloton and Mirror personal trainer, Tesla charging and onsite restaurant.

Walk, bike or drive to the beach which is accessible from multiple access points nearby, the closet is 1/4 mile away. We provide backpack beach chairs for your use! The restaurants and shops of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, 30A avenue are within walking distance or hop on a bike or golf cart to explore other gulfside communities of 30A like Alyce, Watersound, Seaside and Watercolor. The location of our beautiful condo was perfect…close to Rosemary Beach town’s center but away from crowds when we needed downtime. We enjoyed the condo’s community pool and rooftop deck. It was wonderful to have hosts that were so communicative and receptive to our needs. We loved our mother-daughter getaway!!

This condo was amazing! Great location and extremely clean. The hosts were great to work with and communicated quickly when I had a question about something. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit. We were within walking distance from Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Highly recommend.

The property looked like the pictures everything was nice and clean what I loved most was the proximity to the beach it was only I'd say a 10-minute walk to the beach what we love the most was the shops across the street Along With The Big Chill which was 5 minutes down the road and The Villages of Rosemary

The condo was perfect! Close to the beach and the pool was great when we came back from the beach. Close to Rosemary and Alice shops. Parking was a breeze. Beds were very comfy and Chris and Heather were very responsive. Can’t wait to come back again!

Two bathrooms only had one partly used roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. One trash bag total for five days. The pool has debris all in the bottom of it needs cleaned. The pool furniture is stained badly and not half as nice as the pictures posted. I would not recommend staying here with small children. The beach that is closest has a ton of stairs so trying to get a wagon in and out was impossible. The link they send to rent beach chairs I paid for a week and never got the chairs no attendants were present at the beach to get the chairs I paid over 500.00 for still awaiting a refund. I would not stay here again the drive in a car to the beach is around 5-9 minutes due to most streets being one way you are better off walking lots of familles on bikes all hours of the day so driving is almost impossible.

My husband and I were also married on the beautiful white sand on 30A and when we decided to purchase a vacation home, it had to be here! My family has enjoyed making memories and wants to share that with you and your family and friends!
