RENTER BEWARE… Upon arrival, the property was completely different than the photos. Pictures depicting a well furnished, two story townhouse, but the address takes you to a one story, unfurnished duplex. The host never sent check in information and was unreachable by phone, email, or VRBO message by myself or customer support. Thankfully VRBO Care was able to promptly cancel our reservation and refund us the price, but in the evening, hours from home, my family and I were scrambling to find a last minute reservation. I’m not sure if this was just a large miscommunication and terrible hosting, but it very much seems like a scam.
