Spectacular 3-mile panoramic lake view from this completely updated, fully furnished, 5 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half bath home with travertine floors throughout, new kitchen with granite countertops and the works, three decks for relaxing, woodburning fireplace & two hot water heaters. Be sure to check out our other two nearby lake houses: #2430667 is right next door and #307958 is in Captain Ron's no wake cove. Enjoy a terrific lake view from every bedroom. Four bedrooms have a sliding glass door to a deck overlooking the lake.

In response to the current public health concerns, we have installed a new UV light system inside our heating and air condition unit that kills germs and viruses.

This home is in terrific condition and ready for your memory making lake fun.
Our pontoon boat is a 25-foot tri-pontoon for improved stability with a 150hp engine and is also available for rent right from our dock.
Blacktop all the way to the home. Grocery, restaurants, gas, tackle and convenience stores all less than 5 minutes away. Located at the 2MM of the Big Niangua where the spring fed water is clear and cool. The Big Niangua enters the Osage (main channel of the lake) at the 31MM. Nearby we have many of the famous bar and grill fun spots on the Lake of the Ozarks like Captain Ron's, Larry's on the Lake & The Fish Company and a dozen more!

Other great nearby lake attractions included: Ha Ha Tonka State Park with its old stone castle, large cave spring, natural rock arch, sinkholes and miles and miles of hiking trails about a 20-minute drive from our lake house. Bridal cave, canoe trips, and several terrific golf courses.
The 4th bedroom is pictured with the double bunk beds and does not have a bedroom door. It is open to the hall.
The 5th bedroom is an updated suite detached from the main house by about 5 steps. It offers tons of windows and natural light, queen-sized bed, half bath, couch and love seat, TV, pub table and has its own heating and cooling system. The 5th bedroom suite is under the detached garage which offers some privacy for guests. The 5th bedroom is on the middle level of the main house.

About 4.5-5 miles to Captain Ron's by water and 7 minutes by car. Terrific for Shoot-Out and BroStock events!! The new Wood's Super Store is about a 10-minute drive and seems to have it all.

We enjoyed our stay - the views are amazing! Enjoyed the luxuries of staying in a home vs hotel. The house could have been cleaned a little more throughly before we arrived, but we cleaned up and it was good to go. Overall, would stay again!

Beautiful home right on the lake with a covered dock. Great views of the lake throughout the property with decks on all three levels. Fishing was better off the dock than any place we found on the lake. Easy access to nearby boat ramp at Red Oak Resort was only 5 minutes away. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms was perfect for the five of us fishing buddies. Use of the garage was a plus. Easy check-in and check-out. Randy was a good host and communicated well with us.Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The home is beautiful, spacious, and offers gorgeous views. We especially appreciated the convenience of having the boat rental available, which made our trip even more enjoyable.When we arrived, we found that one of the bathroom doors and one of the washing machines were broken. Fortunately, there was a second washing machine available, so it wasn't a major problem, although it was a bit inconvenient. Neither issue was resolved during our stay.I try not to be overly critical because I understand this is a rental property and the owners aren't on-site. That said, there were several small maintenance items that could use some attention, including a broken kitchen drawer, a recliner on the sofa that didn't function properly, and a broken toilet paper holder. None of these issues significantly impacted our trip, but addressing them would help make an already lovely home even better.Despite these minor maintenance concerns, we had a great experience and would recommend this property to others looking for a beautiful, spacious place to stay.

Thank you so much for all your kind words regarding our lake house. On the Sat of their arrival, we discovered one hinge on a bathroom door had been damaged- the door still shut. We were able to make the repair 7 days later, on the following Sat as this Guests departed. Our older, second washing machine in our lower level is still awaiting a scheduled service call. Our newer set on the level above- is working. One of our 3 or 4 reclining chairs in the giant living room pit set may never recline again. Not sure what happen to it. The chair is still very comfortable. We will check out the kitchen cabinet door and the broken tp holder. Thank you

The view was beautiful!!!! The deck is falling apart and dangerous. Post are wobbly and deck boards need to be replaced. House is big. Plenty of towels, bathrooms and space. Kitchen is huge and perfect for a big family. Kitchen well stocked. Home decor is not kid friendly. Lots of hazards for toddler including lots of stairs. Please bring gates. Bunk room has no doors for privacy. Washer in bunk room needs replaced. There are two washers and dryers which is helpful for a big family. Some stairs leading down to docks are hazardous and need to be replaced. The detached room that’s under the garage was not clean at all. There is a leak in the ceiling in the closet of that room so it smelled of mold and mildew. The hot water in the sink of that room did not work. Dollar General was super close so we got cleaning supplies and candles, opened the windows and that helped tremendously with smell. There are fans in every room and that was a plus.
