Welcome to Woodland Point! This amazing home with a private pool at the 29MM in Linn Creek has some of the best views of the lake!!!

Our beautiful 5 bedroom home is perfectly situated by land or boat at the 29 MM at Lake of the Ozarks. With 6,000 sq ft, this home comfortably sleeps 26+ people and has a heated($50/day)outdoor pool, pool table (with ping pong top), and a 60-in-1 arcade, Golden Tee, Big Buck hunter Reloaded, Bullshooter Electronic darts, etc. The home also has a private two-well dock with a swim platform. By car, it is 10 minutes from Osage Beach restaurants, bars, and shopping. By water it’s near popular water establishments such as Paradise Restaurant, Fish & Co, Larry’s on the Lake, Papa Chubby’s, Margaritaville, Redhead Yacht Club and Captain Ron’s.

When you enter our beautiful home, you enter into the top (main level). There is a spacious beautiful kitchen perfect for cooking for large groups, a large comfortable living room, a balcony with fabulous views, a powder room, and a massive master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and laundry room. The lower level features 4 additional large bedrooms, a powder room, 3 full bathrooms, another living room, a game room, an additional full kitchen, another laundry room, and a screened in porch.

The outdoor space has something for everyone! There is a private pool with pool loungers overlooking the lake. Also for your personal use is a large 2 well dock with slips for storing your boat or PWC's. A platform for swimming, fishing, or laying out.

Our home comes fully furnished with kitchen utensils, dishes, appliances, TV’s, Wi-Fi, linens, and bath towels. An intitial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience. If you need it, we probably got it. Ex: crock pots...

Great house that hosted 4 generations of guest. We had an excellent time, with plenty to do at the house all week long. Kitchen was well stocked, bath towels plenty, washers and dryers galore! Game table, and games weee a definite hit. Fishing off the dock, and floating in lake was a win. Pool was refreshing in the 90 degree days. Beautiful sunset and views. Would love to make it an annual visit!

This was genuinely the best stay I’ve ever booked. The property, location and host exceeded my expectations! The pictures just don’t do justice. Check in and check out were easy, the house is beautiful and packed with things to do. Layout was great for our group & the master bedroom, among the rest of the property as well, was gorgeous. To top it all off Anthony, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. You can tell he does everything he can to make sure his guests have an amazing stay. Absolutely no complaints. Already thinking of booking another trip!!

This house is perfect for accommodating a large group, like a family reunion. There is so much to do, for both adults and kids, with the lake, pool and various games. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need to cook and there were three refrigerators and a stand alone ice maker in the kitchen. There were also washers and dryers on both levels. Overall, it had everything we needed.What set this house apart was the view. If you truly want to experience Ozark lake life, this was the perfect location.

This is a beautiful property with a ton of great activities both on and off the water. This house provides the perfect space to entertain a large group while also having areas on the property to get away from the noise and relax. We absolutely love this property. We had all our kids and grandkids with us. Everyone was very entertained. The pool temp was perfect. All the kids fished off the dock and caught a variety of fish and we rented the boat from Anthony and loved having that for a couple of days.

The property had plenty of everything! Everything was clean and well taken care of. You might need to check the speaker near the pool and one of the bean bags for the corn hole game had a hole in it. The games were lots of fun. We really enjoyed our time!

We cannot convey into words the memories made while staying in this FABULOUS home. The view alone is worth the time to sip your coffee and let the sound of the waves relax you. The house was perfect, the video games and pool table were a massive hit for our grown kiddos after hanging in the pool! The home sound system made for amazing tunes while play games, making diner, hanging at the pool and unwinding on the patios. The kitchen has to be the most well stocked as far as specialty utensils we've rented yet. They have a zester! The owner was so wonderful and proactive to resolve a minor issue. It was rectified by the following morning. Alex you were so sweet about it all, thank you again! Definitely would stay here again!!

We stayed at Woodland for our churches ladies retreat, and we LOVED this home! The cozy living area with the fireplace was very relaxing, and the extra touch of throw blankets for our winter stay was so nice! We loved all the windows with the beautiful lake view, and the very spacious kitchen with the large island for cooking. The host was very accommodating and heated the pool for our stay, and provided quick responses to messages.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was in great condition and very clean. The house lay out is great, there is a small bar/kitchen on the bottom floor which was great. All the beds were good quality and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. There were a ton of games to play which was a lot of fun. The views from the house over the lake were outstanding. The dock was easy to fish from and we used the kayaks provided as well. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.
