2 new cottages - side by side. Each has two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds (twin over full). Full bath with washer and dryer. Full kitchen and nice living area. All furniture is new in 2016. Porch seating, picnic tables, and a barbecue grill for outdoor entertainment. There is a nice mountain view and access to French Creek on the property. Each cabin sleeps 6. Rent one or both for a great family reunion. **Availability on calendar only reflects one cottage. Please check our second listing #4208952 if this one is full. Great stay for a fall hunt

The cottage was perfect place for us to stay. Close to Public Hunting Land with all the comforts of home. Will definitely stay here when we plan our next hunt.

Great Trip

Crazy Women Cottages are absolutely wonderful. Very quiet location with views of the Big Horn Mountains. People on the property are friendly and a great source of information for the area. And the city of Buffalo is fun.

Unsure how this property got so many reviews. This is a mobile home dressed up as a cabin. We stayed twenty minutes and left. Drove home in the middle of the night. The toilet didn’t work. No water pressure. Sheets not fresh or clean smelling. Dingy and in a mobile home area. Definitely NOT for your discerning guests. The owner was defensive and unprofessional. She admitted to having a broken toilet and low water pressure. All I can say is BEWARE!! NEVER AGAIN!!

This guest left before getting in touch with me. After hearing her concerns, I immediately went to check. Everything was clean, including the toilet. Seems that it did work. Yes, there is low water pressure. I am sorry she was unhappy. Please check other reviews.

Our stay at this charming cottage in Buffalo, Wyoming, was truly wonderful. The home was exceptionally clean, well kept, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The front porch quickly became our favorite spot watching the sunrise each morning was absolutely breathtaking. The hosts made us feel very welcomed. We would gladly return and recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in the area.

Perfect little cabin

We had a nice stay at the crazy woman cottage. It was a perfect location. The cabin had everything we needed for the weekend. We were able to cook and grill there. Thanks for the nice place to stay.

Bighorn Hiking

We had a great time. The cabin was a perfect base camp for our day hikes. My son loved the property and Nancy was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area.

Fall getaway

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was spotless and tastefully decorated. It was very close to town and lots of really good hiking. Fun restaurants and just enough shopping for us. Never been to this area. Love it and we will be back.

Great location

Crazy woman cottage was right on the edge of Buffalo so close to everything but yet very peaceful. Had everything needed to prepare a meal including a nice gas grill. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

It was so nice to come back to Buffalo after leaving 41 years ago. This house made it all the better! Perfect little cabin on the edge of town with a little creek right down the road! Love this place and will stay again when we return.

We are Diane Memmer and Nancy Wold. We are sisters and grew up on a cattle ranch up the creek from where our cottages now sit. Our parents and brother still own and operate the ranch. We decided to put in the cottages when Nancy moved back to Buffalo two years ago and purchased 5 1/2 acres. We both have been business owners for many years and decided to have vacation rentals to finance our vacations!!

Why they chose this property

This property has wonderful mountain views and French creek access. It is very close to Buffalo and the Fair Grounds. Nancy lives on the property and has room to indulge in her passion for flower gardening. Come sit in the garden with your morning coffee, or go down by the creek and and listen to the birds.
We are close enough to town to walk in to see the western museum, and shop for art and antiques. (about a mile). You may also want to visit Buffalo's huge free park and swimming pool.

What makes this property unique

These are new cottages in 2016 and we chose the layout because we loved the porch and front windows. We have all the advantages of the country but are still close enough to town to take advantage of local restaurants and other small community activities.
