There is limited space for vehicles in the driveway. Cars will have to back out and are (mostly) restricted from passing each other.
Please be very cautious around the edges of the property. There are many steep drop offs. No kids please. No fires during droughts.

Why they chose this property

Sherman is a lovely town. If you are interested in hiking, biking, swimming, flying, bird watching, tennis, everything is available within this small area. This is my escape from the city.

What makes this property unique

You will not find views like this anywhere else. Everyone who comes to see it is blown away. Watch birds fly so close to the deck you can hear their feathers as they go by. See amazing sunsets, be high above the boats and seaplanes on the lake or read in the swinging daybed.
