This home is unique to Central Austin - it has 5 full bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including 6 sinks, 4 showers and an unlimited supply of on-demand hot water - don’t make your large group sleep on couches or wait for bathrooms while getting ready to go out!

This modern, architect-designed new-build house is perfect for SXSW, ACL, F1, corporate retreats or a weekend downtown. 5 bed/4 bath home. It is 0.8 miles to Zilker Park/ACL/Barton Springs/Hike-and-bike trail. 2 blocks to SoLa/Alamo/Uchi. $5 Uber to downtown.

This home is a modern jewel tucked into a quiet corner of the coolest neighborhood in all of Austin, Texas. Built in 2013, it has 4 bedrooms and an office that can be converted to a 5th bedroom, as well as 4 full bathrooms.

The open and inviting floor plan encourages conversation and warm gatherings. The fully-stocked chef's kitchen includes high end appliances and a comfortable breakfast bar where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The dining area has a large, unique table that comfortably seats 10. The seating area has a large, comfy sectional, 85" screen and surround sound.

The Master Bedroom has a California King bed and a full bathroom with walk-in shower and oversized tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with an oversized shower. Bedroom 3 has a twin bed and a twin hideaway and shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 4 which has two twin beds. Bedroom 5 has a full bathroom with an oversized shower and can be configured as an office or a bedroom with a queen bed. Finally, for large groups, there is a spacious, open living area on the second floor that can be set up with one or two queen size air mattresses.

The entire property is fenced and gated, with a large outdoor living area that includes a built-in gas grill, dining table and outdoor sectional, shaded by 2 heritage pecan trees, once part of a pecan orchard that covered this part of South Austin.

The property is equipped with blazing fast Google gigabit WIFI, wireless printer, and YouTubeTV with NFL Sunday Ticket.

This house was great for a group of 15. Oge was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had and the house location is in a great area. Would definitely recommend this home to large friend groups or families.

Great House for Family Reunion

The house is well built and well stocked; the host was helpful and accommodating. We appreciated all the bedrooms and bathrooms and the clean, well-organized, well-air conditioned space. The kitchen and dining table made it easy for large group meals. We loved the outdoor patio and the spacious living room. An extra perk if you have children is there are some wonderful toys and books in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Thank you Oge' for a wonderful stay.

We loved staying here. Not only is the house itself very cozy, but it's a great location close to downtown. The owners were also great to work with and flexible around check in times, leaving lots of towels, etc. I would definitely book this home again for large groups!

Great stay for a bachelorette!

My party loved staying at this property. It is clean and inviting, with tons of sleeping space. We slept 13 comfortably. The host even left us goodies upon arrival which was so nice. The location is safe and conveniently located. Would recommend this house to anyone visiting Austin with a large group!

Wow! What an amazing stay my work team had at this property! The house was incredible and was just as photos appear. And the hosts generously allowed my work team to have a small networking event during SXSW here. Through every bizarre request and question I had, this host was right there able to help and answer. Beautiful property

I feel the description of the bed situation was not accurate. The one queen was a blow up and the twin beds were trundle beds. Also the family must live there because the refrigerator, cabinets and until the sink bathroom cabinets were full. I spent time taking stuff out of the refrigerator to make room for our food. We couldn't use the freezer for ice. I also spend time taking off the "cover" off one of the twin beds, which I found good, toys etc. I did change the sheet. The first floor kitchen/ family room and /dining were an absolute 10 for our large group! The house itself is beautiful!

Amazing Zilker Property

Oge and the Oxford house were fantastic! We had a group of 9 girls and we had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and most importantly - ample bathrooms for us to get ready. Check-in was easy and Oge was extremely accommodating with letting us leave our bags before and after our stay. The house was in a great location, a 5 minute Uber from downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a friends weekend getaway

This house is exactly as the photos showed. Sleeps 16 comfortably, plenty of room inside for large gatherings & great outdoor space as well. The owner is a pleasure to work with & immediately replies to your messages. Great location to SOCO, downtown Austin & easy ride up to UT campus. I highly recommend this property if coming to Austin.

Austin Weekend Reunion

This house was the perfect spot for a large group of college friends to reunite for a long weekend. The house is a quick Uber/Lyft ride away from the hot spots of downtown Austin and had plenty of space to accommodate our large group. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to an incredible city without hesitancy.

Accommodations for wedding weekend

Amazing property! We had family and friends in for our son's wedding weekend and 1500 Oxford was the perfect spot for them. All 15 guests sleep comfortably and felt at home with the spacious kitchen, many bathrooms for getting ready, and nice back porch for hang out time. Highly recommend this property!

What a beautiful house that was perfect for our family and friends of 13. Accommodations were updated, pristine and very comfortable. The lay out was great for a large group. Many bedrooms with comfortable beds and a great kitchen area for eating and gathering. The Owner was quick to respond to the few questions I had. Everyone in the group loved the house and would love to come back!

Amazing home for large groups!

Can't say enough positive things about this house! We had a group of 13 and the layout was wonderful for having everyone together. Even the blow-up air mattresses were top quality and felt just like "real" beds (and I have a picky crowd!) Location is superb.....close to everything- walk to the river, uber rides to restaurants, etc. Oge was the most gracious host! We can't thank him enough.

Great house for groups

We had an awesome time at this house! Amazing set up with many rooms and bathrooms and perfect living/dining/kitchen area for hanging out. I would definitely consider renting this property again. The location was perfect - about a mile from all of our Austin destinations. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Only downside is that we kept finding small ants in the kitchen. Could have just been a seasonal issue with all of the rain Austin had just gotten.
