Tina is an excellent host. Very responsive and welcoming. Her place is great. Location was perfect for us since we were visiting family nearby. The community is lovely with lots of pretty gardens and the unit is spacious and felt truly like home while we were there!We would stay there again!

We had a lovely time at Tina's condo.

It was just as she described it. Close to lots of golf courses. And not far from dog parks and dog beaches (to the utmost joy of our pooch). We found a Planet Fitness, about 10 minutes away, a Sport Bar for baseball games even closer, and a wonderful Italian restaurant where we could sit outside with Guinness (that's the pup, we were drinking wine!) Tina was more than accommodating; we asked a favor of her which was above and beyond and she came through without a question. And, oh, yes, the beaches are very close. Enjoyed the entire month of July.

Great Location, close to major roads and shopping

Exactly what we were looking for as a home base while visiting the area. We had grandkids and friends visit us. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals and there is a grocery store less than 2 miles away. The king bed was so comfy and having the laundry on the second floor with the bedrooms was a bonus. Lots of towels and sheets were available and the tile/wood floors made it easy to keep clean. We had an Amazon package and pizza delivered. The front door is in an odd place from the street, but, none of the delivery folks had any issue finding us! Tina was great with communications when we had a couple of questions. Very safe neighborhood, good walking area and lots to see and do within 10 miles.

Great location, location, location!!!

Great place to stay with all necessary kitchen tools, appliances, two car, 3 flat screen tv's and a empty two car garage.. Easy drive to Laguna Beach, Laguna dog park, MTB trails galore, restaurants plentiful all over, many hiking choices, common pool and hot tub were good sized and wonderful. The folks in the community were very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone and all. We had our two girls and grandson visit us for a week while we were there and the size of the home was more than perfect. Of course they had to leave after a week and go back to work. LOL Big pickup trucks like my F150 quad cab would not fit in the garage. A parking permit is available via Tina (through property management) to park first come first serve very nearby (must have permit or get towed). Tina was super responsive to this parking issue and also had an appliance (the dryer conked out) repaired asap. During one call Tina also provided some great restaurants ideas for us. Definitely the best support ever!. Will certainly be renting again in the future.

Great relaxing home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo it is located in a quiet/family oriented community. Tina provides all the basic needs and more for your stay. Such as pans, utensils, plates, even some items in her pantry. As you walk in you can tell that the property is very well maintained. The bedrooms are a good size and also VERY comfortable. Over-all the condo was very clean and up to date. One thing we really liked was the patio with the grill. This truly is a perfect family condo. We were able kickback with the family, just as if it was our own home. The condo is located in a great place, as it is near shopping centers, grocery stores, and not too far from the freeway. It is also only a 10 min drive to laguna beach. We had no issues with our stay, Tina provided all that we needed for our time there. We would definitely recommend this condo! Thank you Tina.
