Located across from Iglesia Guadalupe in the vibrant heart of Granada, this charming home offers a relaxing retreat after a long, hot day. As evening falls, join the local tradition - sitting outside the front gates with a cool drink, soaking in the rhythm and energy of the city. Or enjoy a safe, leisurely stroll to the lake or along La Calzada and discover the best restaurants, cultural gems and local history.
The space:
Colonial style house has a large front Sala with high caned roof ceiling leading to an open plan well appointed kitchen and dining area that opens onto a small patio surrounded by plants. Off the patio is the main bedroom with queen bed and A/C. At the back of the patio is the second bedroom with a single bed that shares A/C (via convectors) with the main bedroom. The modern bathroom is located off the 2nd bedroom.

We bought this house over ten years ago and lived there through the birth of our son and daughter.
It is on the most famous street in Nicaragua - La Calzada, known for it's restaurants and night life. Our front doors look out at the historic Iglesia Guadalupe.
