Meadow Creek is located just steps to Free TOV bus (every 20 minutes) in West Vail. Lots of space for you to enjoy Vail at a reasonable cost. The grocery stores, several restaurants that are located in West Vail are just across the interstate from our town home. Great location and a great value! Covered carport parking space, fireplace, deck and remodeled kitchen.
I have a professional management company on call 24 hours a day to assist with any problems you may encounter. Sales Tax is 15.8%, Direct Key Pick-Up, Keys Not Left 'Under the Mat'. Minimum Stay is 3 - 6 Nights. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $300 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
