About the host
Hosted by Holly Berryhill
Holly grew up in Iowa but moved to Arizona with her family where she attended high school. After earning her bachelor's degree, Holly worked with the Foreign Service in embassies overseas. She lost her sanity working for the federal government and was drawn back the mountains and wide open spaces of Arizona. Recently Holly moved to Tucson and began exploring the Old Pueblo.
Why they chose this property
I am content with a humble home and enjoy this quiet little neighborhood with its mountain view and feel of privacy. The HOA takes care of the pool and jacuzzi while I get to use them. When house shopping, the solar power system on this home clinched the deal because I am a passive environmentalist at heart.
What makes this property unique
It is wonderful to feel quiet, cozy and secure in a home while being located so close to the action and everything that I like or need. I feel protected by the surrounding trees and vegetation and distanced from the daily rat race while the mountains provide peace in my heart. This house is my cocoon - my home - and it is filled with my family.
