This is the most painted, the most photographed, and the most iconic apartment in Bryan/College Station, just 4 doors down from the Queen Theater in Bryan and in the middle of all the shopping/restaurants with easy access to all things Aggieland. This 2nd floor apartment boasts 14' ceilings, original wood floors, the most comfortable King bed and 4 additional twin beds. Walk out your door and choose from Billy"s Grill and Bar, Mr G's or RX Pizza across the street or have your morning coffee at Village Coffee. You won't find a more fun/comfortable stay in BCS. Hosted by 10-time Superhosts.

Outdoor stairs to second floor apartment. No elevator.
Two sides of the building have public parking on both sides of the street.
Downtown Bryan
There is not assigned parking. This is Downtown Street parking and is available first come first serve. There is parking on all 3 sides of the building. There is also a parking lot between Main Street and S Bryan that you enter from S. Bryan Street across from Old Bryan Marketplace (2 blocks away)
Main and Bryan St are limited to 90 minutes Monday-Friday 8am -5pm.
W 26th does not ever have a time limit.
Event evenings (First Friday- every month) and Weekend nights park early to get close spots.
Vibrant Downtown!
Nightlife noises from businesses, restaurants, clubs, music venues etc.
There are train tracks that run through downtown Bryan. We provide sound/white noise machines and ear plugs for guests who are sound sensitive.

Recently awarded by AirBnB "10 time Superhost" status, my wife, Kelly, and I were both born and raised in Bryan/College Station. We dated while at Texas A&M and married right after graduation. I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 1,700 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB. Our properties are dedicated to guest enjoyment, with huge TVs, great beds, and interesting design.
