The overall condition of the property was tired. Duck tape holding carpet together, stained carpet,stained glass in the lobby near the mirror held together by tape, mismatched tile in the bathroom, hallway walls all hacked up. Room and bathroom were extremely small, no fan in the bathroom and ceiling fire alarm disconnected. We did get fresh towels daily. Front lobby staff were exceptional however, even bellboy very accommodating. Shoutout to female blonde staff member at front desk who worked Friday Oct 16 AM. Very personable.

If you are looking for simply a clean room with a shower, this is the place for you. It is very basic but it served my need for an over night stay in NY just fine.

The property was clean, and it was pretty much as represented. They didn’t have the room we booked, so they offered two options. The staff was very polite and helpful, 3 very small elevators, and typically many stops. The location was perfect, just a few blocks to Time Square and pretty much everything. Walked everywhere with ease. Felt safe at night, but doors shutting were a bit loud on the same floor. Bathroom was a touch old feeling but good pressure and lots of hot water. I’d stay here again and would recommend others do the same. Very good value.

Room was quite small, which we knew. But there was no place to "get ready" - no vanity space. No folding luggage racks. We were there less than 48 hours so it wasn't too much of a hassle. Location was great for Broadway shows, which was our whole reason for the trip.
