JACO HAS DOZENS OF RESTAURANTS IN VARIOUS PRICE RANGES, STORES, SURF SHOPS AND EVEN A MOVIE THEATER WITH THE LATEST MOVIES ALL WITHIN A 10 MINUTE WALK OR A $2-$3 CAB RIDE. YOU CAN TAKE SURF LESSONS AT ONE OF THE MANY SURF SHOPS, . THE PALMS IS LOCATED RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE LARGEST CASINO RESORT IN TOWN. A LAS VEGAS STYLE CASINO with 3 RESTAURANTS, BARS AND EVEN A NIGHT CLUB. THERE ARE PLACES TO ZIP LINE, 4 WHEEL, SURF AND HORSEBACK RIDE. OUR MGT COMPANY WILL EMAIL YOU INFORMATION AND CAN ASSIST WITH ANY REQUESTS. MANUAL ANTONIO NATIONAL PARK IS AROUND 1HR OR SO AWAY, THERE YOU CAN SEE MONKEYS, TUCANS, SLOTHS AND MORE.

MOST PLACES ARE WITH A SHORT 10-15 MINUTE WALK BUT A TAX RIDE IS ONLY A COUPLE DOLLARS. WE HAVE 2 BICYCLES THAT CAN BE RENTED FOR $50 OF ONE OR $90 FOR TWO FOR YOU ENTIRE STAY. THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING A BOARDWALK RIGHT BEHIND THE PALMS CONDO WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU TO WALK OR RIDE YOUR BIKE THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE BEACH. GETTING AROUND JACO IS VERY EASY. IF YOU CHOOSE TO RENT A CAR THERE ARE SEVERAL CAR RENTAL AGENCIES IN TOWN, SEVERAL WILL DELIVER THE CAR RIGHT TO YOUR CONDO.

Electricity is additional on all rentals 30 days or longer. This runs $160 to $375 per month depending on AC usage.

Weekly maid or Chef service is available at an additional charge.

UNREGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED FOR SHORT TERM RENTALS (28 DAYS OR LESS) SUBJECT TO A $100/DAY FEE. PLEASE ASK FOR THIS OPTION IF DESIRED.

You will need to provide a copy of Passport for each guest and a Credit Card to the mgt company at check in.
NO SMOKING AND PLEASE TREAT THE CONDO AS YOU WOULD YOUR OWN HOME.

ELECTRICITY IS VERY EXPENSIVE IN COSTA RICA SO PLEASE TURN OFF ALL AC UNITS AND LIGHTS WHEN YOU ATE NOT USUNG THE UNIT.

THERE ARE SEPARATE AC UNITS IN ALL ROOMS SO THE CONDO COOLS VERY QUICKLY.

PLEASE DO NOT HANG ANYTHING ON OR OVER THE RAILINGS OUTSIDE AS THERE CAN BE A FINE IF SOMETHING FALLS OVER.

All rentals 28 days and longer exclude the cost of electricity. This will be added at the end of rental and runs between $175-$400 per month depending on AC usage.
