Catfish Cove on Lake Barkley with Private Dock
Great for kids!! This is a very spacious 6 bedroom home located on a peaceful cove of beautiful Lake Barkley in Cadiz, Kentucky. Quiet and wooded setting with scenic views and private covered two-slip boat dock on Lake Barkley.
Two large screened and covered decks for dining or just relaxing. Enjoy built-in wooden benches around a fire ring down by the lake or gas grill on front patio.
WiFi available and two large smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows.
Other things to note
There is a 3% Trigg county tax (will be closer to 2.5% as it doesn’t include all the Airbnb fees or taxes) that Airbnb doesn’t include in their taxes and will be requested after reserving the house for the homeowner to pay independently
