Well maintained home with ample space. We really enjoyed the screen porch. The weather was extremely hot. The garage space worked well and could hold a couple and child easily. Nice bathroom there also. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was labeled so easy to put stuff away. The master suite was huge. Our daughter and son in law used the master suite and put the pack-n-play in the closet for their 16-month-old.

Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed the home, especially the screened porch, spacious layout, and well-equipped kitchen. It’s great to know the garage space and additional bathroom worked well for your group, and that the large master suite gave your daughter, son-in-law, and little one plenty of room. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to host your family again!

This property has a very large outdoor area with lake access and its own dock. They have so many extras...water toys, games for indoors and outside, towels/bags for beach, chairs for beach, ping pong, fooseball, 2 screened in outdoor areas, a fire pit, a sand area and sand toys, a baby pool, and so many ways to hang around inside and outside. We definitely used pretty much everything they had! The house is extremely clean, well stocked and organized. The property manager was very friendly. We absolutely loved our stay here! Property is close to many fun little towns and beach areas.

Some complaints:Refrigerator had very loud noise when water went to icemaker.Door ice dispenser stuck and ice went everywhere before I could stop it.Loud unannounced lawn mowing. No laundry detergent. Suggestions:Need grab/support bar in main toilet room.Grab bars needed inside shower.Nightstands needed on both sides of master bed.

We appreciate you staying with us and certainly are glad that everything else with your stay was wonderful. We do appreciate the feedback as it is comments we have not heard before over the last few years from other guests. We certainly will consider your suggestions on our furniture and grab bars in the bathrooms. Unfortunately we have no control over when third party services come to mow the lawn but do understand that that can sometimes be a bother when you're staying at someone else's house and we certainly apologize for that.

LOVED our stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, only wish we could have stayed longer. The place was very clean, organized, well lit, and numerous ways to enjoy the lake breeze. Extra bonuses for the three season patio, and the garage (bonus room). Mike was the perfect host, easy communication, prompt responses, and handled any questions or issues we had. Can't wait to come back here again!

Hated to Leave

We (80) stayed for two weeks and loved the property. We had various family members (son and daughter-in-law (51) and grandchildren (22,19, and 16) stay with us at various times, and they all loved the property. With all of the things for little kids to do, we bet if our California grandchildren (3, 2 weeks) had been able to come, they would have loved the property, too.

House is large with plenty of room for when you want family fun or some down time. Spacious kitchen made it easy to cook meals and the two grills were great and gave us versatility in how we cooked. the stocked house made everything from cooking to laundry extremely convenient. Favorite area for some was the 4 season porch while others enjoyed fires and having a dock for easy boat/lake access and the sandbar with chairs provided by the house. Overall everyone had a great time, loved the house and had the doubters say this is the way to enjoy a week of family summer fun! Working with Mike was the easiest experience I have had. Quick replies, very friendly and easy to get details for planning. The customer service he provided was what we all look for…friendly, quick and so easy.
The sandbar was a favorite!
Water and yard toys let us have fun for everyone.
Fishing was a daily adventure.
