THE PROPERTY:
The main floor features 2 Family Suites each with a queen size bed & built-in twin bunk beds offering plenty of space and privacy for young families. Adjacent to the Family Suites, a full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo with 2 vanities separated by a pocket door for added functionality. A full-sized, stackable washer & dryer is conveniently tucked inside the bathroom and accessible during your stay. A short hallway leads to a spacious open concept living room, dining room, & kitchen. The gourmet kitchen has expansive granite countertops, dishwasher, and double-oven gas range. It has ample working space and is very well appointed, sure to exceed the expectations of the most discerning chef!

Gather round the dining table with seating for eight or pull up one of four stools at the kitchen island, then lounge on the huge leather sofa and watch the boats cruise by through the large south-facing windows. The living room is anchored by a beautiful gas fireplace and offers a 55” smart TV equipped with AppleTV to access your favorite streaming apps.

Downstairs, grab a stool at the 8-person pub table for game night or cozy up on the couch near the fireplace to watch your favorite movie on 60” smart TV, also equipped with AppleTV. The second fridge and granite countertop buffet in the lower level provides the perfect prep space for BBQ’ing on the back patio that faces Pelican Lake. The large, flat backyard is surrounded by towering trees and leads to the water’s edge lined with picturesque cattails. The wooden dock extends to a quiet bay perfect for fishing or kayaking. The dock offers a slip to moor your boat; the public landing is located just 6 blocks away!

Relax with friends & family in the heated garage that has been transformed into a massive game room with an 8' Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, and Foosball Table. Watch the game on the TV while you take on your next opponent. The third fridge located in the garage provides space to keep all your beverage cold & close by.

When it’s time to turn-in for the night, the remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the lower level; 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, a bedroom featuring 2 twin XL beds with a twin XL trundle, and a bedroom with 2 twin XL beds. The second full bath with tub/shower combo and a half-bath are conveniently located near the lower level bedrooms.

Boasting over 8,000 acres of crystal-clear water, Pelican Lake is a boater’s dream! Bring your own or rent from the Marina at Breezy Point to explore over 23 miles of shoreline. For you land-lovers, head to the beach at Breezy Point for days of fun in the sun.

Breezy Point is home to three 18-hole golf courses, all within 10 minutes of this property! The Traditional Golf Course is a Brainard Lakes area favorite; Whitebirch Golf Course is a championship course with over 6600 yards of fairway; and Deacon’s Lodge Golf Course, designed by Arnold Palmer, is located within walking distance!

Head to the nearby towns of Nisswa, Pequot Lakes, and Cross Lake to check-out the many unique shops and local dining. Nearby local breweries offer perfect craft beer destinations.
