This property is located conveniently just across the street from “Deaconess Midtown” and offers the perfect proximity during your stay.

Parking can be found on the street at all times right outside of the unit. You will never have any issue with parking as there are spots on both sides of the street all the way up and down the street 👍
Absolutely no smoking inside of the property at any time. There will be a $1000 fine for any smoking.

No parties allowed.

If you bring a pet please be sure to pick up after them. There will be an additional $30 FINE PER FECAL PILE LEFT ON THE PROPERTY.

Please keep the thermostat between 68 and 72 degrees at all times.

Quiet hours are from the hours of 11 pm to 7am.
