Ski-in/Ski-out Townhouse in Blackcomb with Private Hot Tub.
This ski-in/ski-out townhouse is ideally situated in the Blackcomb Benchlands, a short 5 minute walk to the Upper Village (Blackcomb base and Gondola) and about 10 minutes walk to Whistler Village and all of its amazing shops and restaurants. There is a free shuttle to the Upper and Whistler Villages' with a stop at the top of the driveway. You are close to, and can participate in all the action that Whistler has to offer but can choose to relax in a quiet and private environment as you may see fit. This spacious townhouse is located in a very quiet 16 unit complex. The unit has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area that provides a very relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom is huge with high vaulted ceilings, electric fireplace and HD TV. Top end finishes and attention to detail are evident throughout and include stainless steel appliances, gas range and fireplace, hardwood floors, 8 in-ceiling speaker system, granite counter-tops in kitchen and all bathrooms, heated slate tile floors in all bathrooms and entry level and a totally private hot tub. The kitchen is equipped with every conceivable appliance and is stocked with a full compliment of spices and condiments. The main floor den provides a quiet sanctuary for the kids or to enjoy some quiet reading or TV. We have cut the cord on cable but have good Wi Fi for Chromecast and Apple Box for streaming Netflix, Prime video etc. This is not a typical rental unit, it is our second home and we only rent on limited basis each year, so at all times it is maintained to a very high standard. You will find that it feels like a cozy home, not like the typical, available for rent all year round, condo unit. Security or Damage Deposit A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless. Cleaning on Departure. Cleaning and linen fee of $300 is itemized on your billing. Free parking for 2 cars. One in garage and one outside.
Lost Lake is a 10 minute walk from the property. The coarse sand beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor. Nice swimming beach in the summer. Good lake to walk around or cycle. In the winter, it is used for cross country skiing if conditions are good.

My friends and I had a brilliant time. The townhome was spacious enough for our group of four to each have our own rooms/bathrooms. The private hot tub was so nice and necessary for our middle-aged muscles to recover enough to ski for 5 consecutive days. Ski in/out wasn’t much of an option due to the conditions, but the shuttle couldn’t have been more convenient/timely. We would stay here again and again. Thanks so much!
Our group of 6 adults had plenty of room and enjoyed hanging out after skiing in this well-maintained condo. The condo was well equipped for all of our needs. The ski in/out was a little dicey, but later in the year with more snow it would be fantastic.
We had a lovely time at this house. It was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The little touches like heated floors are not what I’d generally expect from a rental. I also appreciated that there wasn’t a list of a million chores when we left. Unfortunately there had been a warm spell before we were there so the ski in/out trails were dirt, but it was only a short walk.
I’d definitely stay again.
We loved this condo - it had everything we wanted/needed. My husband especially loved the Nespresso machine. I loved the heated garage - can't count the number of times I've had to shovel my car out of the snow to go anywhere, not to mention waiting for it to get warm. We could not ski in/out because there was not enough snow, but we walked the "ski out" path and it would be great with better conditions - just need to walk a short way, go down a small flight of stairs, cross one road and then slap on your skis and go. Everyone was riding the shuttle, which seemed convenient/frequent (we decided to park in the Whistler Village lots). Ken & Betty were very friendly and attentive via email. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience - short walk to ski in/out. Well kept home, awesome to have 3 full baths. Heated floors were also amazing!
The owners were so welcoming and gave us great information to make the most of our stay. The location is very quiet and the free shuttle makes it easy to get around. And the house is wonderful for a family! We had lots of family game nights in front of the fireplace. Such a great stay!

Wonderful Trip
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. It was beautiful, very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Booking, checkin and checkout were easy. It’s not exactly ski in/out but the the unit itself was definitely worth it. We highly recommend it and hope to come back again soon.

Great Property at a Great Value!
We loved the condo this winter during our annual Super Bowl week rip. The owners were fantastic to deal with and made arriving very easy. The condo was clean and well furnished. The hot tub was large enough for 4 or 5 and was clean. All of the appliances were nice and it was great having three full baths. The ski-in/ski-out was a little tricky, but still was fine once we figured it out. A couple of times we had to remove skis to cross the street, but that is much better than waiting for a bus. The walk to Whistler Village was also pretty easy once we found the shortest path. We definitely would recommend both the property and owners for a visit to Whistler!

Six Wonderful Days in Whistler.
Although we had been to Whistler many times in the summer, this was our first time there for a family ski vacation. This townhouse exceeded our expectations -- nicely updated and the layout is well-designed. The owners made sure that we had all the information we needed in advance so there were no issues with "checking in." Would definitely recommend to others.

All the comforts of home.
A wonderful townhouse with all the comforts of home. Owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions and information we requested on the area, restaurants, etc. We enjoy cooking in after a day on the slopes and found the kitchen very well equipped. Also, very nice that they leave condiments, foil, plastic, spices, detergent, etc. for the next renters. Location was great...although we really couldn't ski in/out due to conditions, it is a short walk to the Wizard lift and close enough to walk to the Village at night. Perfect ski home for our group.

Fantastic House in Whistler
This house is perfect for a stay in Whistler. We rented over the Christmas 2015 season and had a great time. The house doesn’t feel like a standard rental, as it has all the comforts and necessities of a family home – right down to the turkey timers! The owners were very easy to communicate with; check-in was flawless. There is also parking out front.
The layout is great, rooms are big. The mud room's heated floor comes in very handy for ski gear. The private hot tub worked wonders.
Very close to Blackcomb for ski-in, ski-out, or the bus stop for the free shuttle to Whistler Village.
I can’t fault this property at all, it was awesome. Highly recommend, I’ll be back.

A lovely home. The ski-in, ski-out and buses all worked well for us and just as described. The owners were attentive and very helpful if we had any questions. Sadly too far away from the UK for regular visits, but would not hesitate to recommend.

Very comfortable townhome, recommend strongly
We had a party of 6. The property is great to return to after a days skiing. It is well appointed and has a very homely feel. It has a good sound system for both music and video. The owners are very helpful and being able to use the land line (even non-local calls where required) is a huge bonus. The heated tile floors in the bathrooms and mud room are perfect. The location is close enough yet far enough away from the village hustle to have some peace at night. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and we loved the ice maker machine for our cocktails. I wouldn't call it dedicated ski-in/out only because in both instances you need to take skis off to walk across a road. However if I return to Whistler I will be making a bee line for this property. We stayed in Jan 2017 for two weeks and the time flew. Missing it already.

Fantastic Whistler stay!
We stayed in this townhouse over New Years and the townhouse was fantastic. From the moment we stepped through the door we felt at home. The house was beautiful with lovely space to enjoy after a day on the slopes. We never felt the need to venture out quite happy to enjoy the lovely big living area and hot tub! The owner was extremely easy to deal with and was always very prompt to reply to emails and give great information about the house. The house is very well appointed and the kitchen has everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this townhouse.

Awesome Experience
I spent 4 nights in this lovely place with my family. The owners were great to work with. We had a minor issue initially which was dealt with swiftly, and our stay could not have been better. The home is well appointed and in a great location. Hopefully they will let our crew stay there again one day, as it made for a great trip!

Great condo for six
Loved this location! The ski/walk to the gondola is a piece of cake. The condo is so comfortable and relaxing. After a hard day of skiing the hot tub was a wonderful relief. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and enough bathrooms for all. Highly recommend.
