Welcome to Southern Charmer, y'all! This STUNNING brand new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo in Auburn is very spacious with just over 2,000 square feet and sleeps 8 people comfortably. It is only two miles from campus and right around the corner from the Tiger Transit stop at the Auburn Mall so getting to the game is easier than ever! If you would rather drive to the game, we have you covered with a free parking pass! The location of this home is right in the heart of Auburn with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
This fabulous home has all of the bells and whistles featuring hardwood floors, a king master bedroom and ensuite walk-in shower bathroom on the main level, two dining areas, granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, and a laundry area conveniently located off the kitchen. The living room area has an abundance of natural light and is outfitted with super comfy furniture that's perfect for relaxing with some Toomer's lemonade before you head to the stadium! The kitchen is fully stocked should you want to whip up some tailgate food or exquisite meals AND it comes with a Keurig coffee maker.
Head upstairs where you will find another king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and an adorable twin room with a cozy reading nook! The queen bedroom has a desk area incase you need to get a little work done on your laptop. There are also two full bathrooms upstairs with tub/shower combos.
