Lovely, quaint 13 unit complex in highly desirable "EL ESCONDIDO". Keyed gated complex. Peaceful dead end street, no cars, traffic or noise. Located 2 1/2 blocks from beach, behind La Palapa Restaurant, on Pino Suarez St, next to Pinnacle Signature Residences.
THE SPACE:
Spacious top 3rd floor unit with cathedral ceilings. No elevator.
Primary Bedroom has a comfortable QUEEN bed, closets, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, Roku, desk, overlooking the pool, and partial ocean views.
Guest Bedroom has a comfortable FULL size bed, custom made bunk beds, closets, A/C, ceiling fan.
