Formerly owned by Wesleyan University, the house is directly across the street from the campus and a 0.5mi walk to Main street.
Hot tub for 7 and private outdoor deck!
TV with Roku, WIFI, dishwasher, full kitchen stocked with everything you need including an oven with an air fryer, private deck with outdoor seating & grill, fire pit, cozy living room, close to several wedding venues, Rt 9, I-91, Hartford and short drive to beaches/shoreline.
Ample parking for up to 4 total parking spots. Additional street parking is across the street at Wesleyan.

3 bedrooms offer 2 queen beds, and a bunk that is a full on the bottom with a twin on top.

Fantastic Property with a Great Location

Everything about our stay at this property was great. Communication, check-in, cleanliness, etc. The location is directly across the street from Wesleyan University which made my son's visit all the better. I will definately stay here again.

Great Place to Stay When Getting to Know Wesleyan

This property is an immaculate space. It is so clean. The furniture is new and modern, and so much attention to detail is evident in every single room. The kitchen has new appliances and cabinets. And the beautiful murals throughout are another reminder of how much pride the owners take in their home. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

This is a beautiful apartment. Every detail has been thought of and it is super clean. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, well-stocked with everything you need. Just a short walk to restaurants, plenty of parking at the apartment. Yes there is street noise but the host provides ear plugs and sound machines. I brought a fan and that worked just fine to drown out the noise. Book this place for sure!

An excellent place!

This home is where you need to stay! Everything was super clean when we arrived and we were even greeted with a thoughtful welcome gift, including our name on the entryway! The beds were so comfortable and all the linens were very soft. The pictures are exactly how it looks in real life. Brittany was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We also had the opportunity to visit some of the recommendations she shared while we were in town. Highly recommend staying here!

Property was great. Host even purchase an infant high chair for us. Very easy check-in process. The only downfall to the location is that it is off a very busy road that is also very noisy. Appreciated that the host had a noise machine for the kids room.
