Renovated open living space with wood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows facing the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Bright gourmet kitchen with large island/breakfast bar. Master bedroom with on-suite bathroom featuring a jet tub overlooking the ocean. Expansive rear yard, perfect for whale watching or gathering around the around the fire pit. Ideally located minutes from beach, hiking and biking trails, Pacifica fishing pier, shops, restaurants, SFO. Easy access to Hwy 1. and Hwy 280.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checking out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.

First of all, if you are looking to stay with a view of Pacific Ocean, this is the place. You are right by the ocean and has spectacular views from most of the house. If it was for location and view, I would have given 6 stars out of 5.House was fairly clean but we had showers with bundle of hair and not properly cleaned. caddis in shower did not work properly and as it is very minor but once you step in shower and things dont work, it is very big hassle. House was stocked up with pots and pans and utensils and everything was clean and properly organized. Dishwasher had some issue and electric kettle has some buildup that can be better maintained.Host was responsive and offered to get few things fixed but that never materialized and has to be done correct not fix it later.Overall, I would think of going back to the property in future.

The Host was very responsive and helpful.The house was a great layout for five adults with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms everyone had their privacy. Being a single level was perfect as we had our 93 year old father with us.A nice, safe neighborhood for walking out labradoodle and shopping and restaurants were conveniently close by.The view was beyond words and over our four nights we had one stormy, one cloudy with a beautiful sunset, one clear and one overcast.It was perfect.

The good: The view is amazing! We were able to watch whales feeding, birds flying by, and even dolphins. We were able to walk to a great coffee shop and the scenery on the trail to Moro Point was great! It was nice to have a garage for our car and access to the property was easy. The appliances and furnishings were satisfactory. The bad: There is no A/C and although the temp was fine, it left the space humid/damp. The windows were so filthy we had to clean them ourselves (Again, the view is amazing!). The correspondence with the owner seemed like we were speaking with AI. We had to go through an extra verification process not seen with other VRBO experiences. This included pictures of the renter holding an ID and a picture of the credit card with the last four of the card number visible. We searched if it was legitimate and found it to be so, but is overly cumbersome. The ugly: There were line workers working on the power lines and they shut off the power to the entire neighborhood. I spoke to a foreman who said it was a planned event and all homeowners were notified in advance. We were without power and unable to get our car out of the garage for half the day. The host did not grant our request to reduce the fee for that day.

We went as a family, one child, two parents and two grandparents. It was a great setup for us as a couple of our priorities were to be on the water and have minimal steps for Grandma and Grandpa. The house really had everything we could have asked for. Being a little off of the beaten path of San Francisco had its perks but it is a bit of a drive to get to everything if you're planning on spending most of your time in the city. We did a lot of back and forth everyday and I don't mind driving so that wasn't a huge deal for me but there were times that it took us right around an hour to get to our destination. We did find a couple of gems in the neighborhood including an authentic Mexican restaurant called tacos La Perla which was only about four or five minutes away, and there was another bakery that was only a few minutes away. There was a dispensary about four or five blocks away that was very clean if that's your cup of tea. And grocery store that was just a few minutes away that had a really cool deli aspect in it if you like a higher-end grocery store. The house itself was extremely comfortable with beautiful views. Very quiet neighborhood, the couple of neighbors that we spoke with were very pleasant. The only thing I would say about the property that wasn't positive was that there were pictures of a fire pit which we completely intended on using but there's no fire pit at the property. Unless I missed something in the description. That would have been awesome!
