This was the worst stay ever in a VRBO property and I have stayed at many across the country over the years. The entrance was down a steep hill with no walkway only grass and dirt. When I arrived the property was dirty outside with leaves, dust and cobwebs at the entrance. Inside was just as bad. The linens had not been changed from whenever the last occupant had been there. I had to request them to be changed as there was body hairs and dirt in the bed. The sinks, counters, floors were all dirty. Several towels in the cupboard were very soiled. I stayed 16 days and was never contacted by the host to ask if anything was needed or to refresh linens. There was 1 trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper provided. Had it not been a necessity for me to be in the area ( My daughter in law had a family emergency and had to fly out of the country) I had to get my grandchildren on and off to school everyday and stay until my son got home from work. I would have left this property immediately. I do not recommend this property.

There were no cobwebs at the entrance of the apartment. The sidewalk had been swept that afternoon. I have no control if or when leaves blow. The linens had been changed after the last occupant and before your arrival. When you made contact about the sheets, I promptly came down to tend to you. There was ZERO dirt or body hair on the sheets. There was ONE piece of lint at the foot of the bed, on the top sheet. I will give you that. Maybe it hit the lint trap being taken out of the dryer? Regardless, i promptly put a new set of fresh sheets on the bed. Your towels had all been washed and dried before your arrival. None of them were soiled or wet in the cabinet. I try not to disrupt guests and give them their privacy. If you needed something, why didn't you ask? You certainly had no problems being rude from the moment you arrived and blaming me; from not knowing how to open and close doors, to not knowing how to use your own tablet. Even when passing you in the driveway, more than once, when saying hello and trying to speak with you, as a guest in my home, you could not have been more rude and disrespectful had you tried.
