Nice little place about an hour outside of D.C. host was easy to contact and available to contact easily if needed. Close to a Walmart if items are needed during the stay
Your home was easy to find and less than 10 minutes to downtown and the University campus. A hot water issue was quickly resolved. The house was clean and there was parking for several cars. I’ll certainly use again.
The Cute Haven was a great place for my adult children and I to stay on our trip to the area - cozy and cute. Will try to stay there again when next in the area.
Comfortable and cozy home with everything we needed! Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and pillows. The host checked in to be sure all was well. We enjoyed using the big coffee table for board games.
Cute little house that me and my girlfriend and her toddler loved. Location is pretty central to all the places I would visit and is only 7 minutes from downtown! Would stay again next time I’m back in town!
This was a great location. Local to everything in Fredericksburg VA. The house was on a busy road, a little noisy, but great parking access. Very considerate host. Had lots of extras for renters.
We needed 3 bedrooms close to downtown, very hard to find in F'burg VRBOs or other. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Host communications were swift, thorough, and friendly.
Super cute and very clean. Great size for a family. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with any extra's you might need. Convenient location to university and hospital. It is on a busy road, but we didn't have any problems getting in and out and the road noise wasn't too bad. Would definitely stay here again!
Very nice house. Great for our family, and even comfortable for a few guests who came for dinner. There is highway noise (which we were informed of ahead of time), but we slept through it fine.
Very pleasant. Convenient location. Kitchen well-equipped for meals which we prepared. Traffic noise was an issue but not a surprise. Definitely will stay again if we have the opportunity.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re incredibly grateful for your patronage and will be honored to host you again!
The home was a perfect home-base for us on our winter business trip. Pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the kitchen having a variety of pots and pans that we needed and the water and pop was an awesome touch in the fridge! Only things we noted was that some of the blankets in the front bedroom didn't look really washed and smelled like propane. But the owner of the property is very responsive and really great and helpful! We would stay again!
Great deal, ideal location for a stay in Fredericksburg. Home was clean and fully stocked. Home is located on a main 4 lane highway, so if some street noise bothers you, be aware of this. It wasnt that big of a deal for us. Homeicomfortablandsasafesafe. All All
The house was very nice. Equipped with everything we needed. The only downfall is it is located on a major route with a lot of traffic. It was easy enough to get in and out after the first time. The noise from the traffic was loud, but that was disclosed from the beginning. The upside to being on a major route was it was easy to get around and to the attractions in Fredericksburg. I would definitely stay there again.
Was a great spot for us to be able to stay with my family during a difficult time with the passing of my father. The house was great, the host already had supplies from toothbrushes to bottled water, which was an amazing benefit. The road noise once inside didn’t not brother the family while staying, I didn’t feel it was loud. The home was very clean, she even sent the plumber over immediately to check the water pressure, unfortunately that is the water pressure we got. But I would definitely stay there again if I had to come back to Va. beautiful home and a great host.
