Only an hour to Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens or 25 minutes to the Tacoma Dome. McChord AFB and Fort Lewis are close by for those visiting our military heroes.
There are many great wineries in Western and Eastern Washington within an easy days drive.. Snow Skiing is an hour away at Crystal Mountain or go further to Snoqualmie Pass.
The Puyallup Fair in September and the Spring Fair are always a good source of entertainment .
Close to shopping with multiple grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants, and more.

Easy commute to Seattle, Space Needle, Pike Place Market, the original Starbucks in Seattle is amazing, the Museum of Flight in Seattle, Tacoma waterfront, Point Defiance park and Zoo, incredible fine dining on the Tacoma Waterfront and many Boeing Facilities .

Great Stay

Perfect home and location for a visit to Washington to site see and visit our son stationed at Lewis McChord. The home was exactly as described with plenty of room and well stocked kitchen for our meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay again.

Family vacation birthday

It was a short stay in Tacoma for a family vacation/reunion/birthdays. Home was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The only thing is the houses are extremely close together. Overall we would stay there again

Nice base for travel

We traveled around Seattle-Tacoma and stayed here. The house was nice and spacious. Some night time noises (neighborhood kids) and word Christmas decor but otherwise a great stay.

Long Weekend Trip

Our family group stayed in this well appointed rental while in town for a wedding. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have down time and personal space, as well as hang out together and cook as a group in the large kitchen. It was easy to get in and out of the subdivision. Parking in the garage was a great bonus since it rained several days of our trip.

Amazing space for the price

The VRBO was just what we needed for our stay. The parking was cramped and hard to maneuver for my mid size SUV, but the garage parking was very helpful and the house was comfortable.
