I stayed in this suite in Bridle Trails for eight nights over the holidays. It was lovely, modern, absolutely quiet, and with a spa-like shower. Very convenient for visiting my family and I will definitely plan to stay there again. Thank you, James!
Great, quiet and clean place. We loved the location and enjoyed walking around the area. There was a trail up across the street that was a nice forested walk with our dog.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Very nice host. Appreciate the fresh cut flower bouquet. Would stay here again.
Property was very clean and owner was friendly and answered questions quickly. The sofa and mattress were very uncomfortable and I had to buy a foam mattress pad to sleep and had to sit on throw pillows on the sofa in order to be comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were updated but only had 3 regular glasses and a couple of short ones. The Keurig quit working after two uses but there was another coffee pot available to use. Be aware there is no dishwasher but that was not a problem for me.The lampshades in the bedroom were so old that there were holes in them from overuse. I hate to sound so picky but I’ve owned condos on VRBO and was surprised they would use furnishings in those conditions.

This is the first time I have received a complaint about the bed ( which is new) or the couch! Most people have said they had the best nights sleep. Everyone has their preferences and sorry it did not meet your expectation. About the glasses I thought it was fully stocked for the amount of people staying in the unit. The lamp shade had one tiny hole and will be addressed. Thanks for pointing it out. The Keurig maker worked just fine when I tried it. Are you sure you put the k cup in correctly? If you would have notified me I would have tested it out or replaced it at the time you were staying!
We had a WONDERFUL stay and would definitely stay here again. The property was clean, comfortable, had everything we need and was pleasantly quiet, even with shared walls. The patio entry was beautiful. James was a fantastic host. Highly recommend--close to the city, but felt rural/woodsy. Thank you James!
We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and comfy, easy access to the trails nearby and downtown Bellevue. James and Chris were excellent hosts, a perfect start to our time in the area.
This apartment was perfect for our weekend visit to Kirkland and Seattle. It's located surrounded by trees in a very quiet neighborhood near Bridle Trails park. Separate entrance and ample parking made coming and going very easy. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed for our weekend stay.
