Living Spaces:

The living room is at the heart of this modern, ranch-style home and where you’ll love spending time together. An open-plan concept and ample seating provide plenty of space for groups to gather, yet thoughtful furnishings keep it feeling homey.

Light the electric fire on cool Western North Carolina nights to create a cozy ambiance while playing games or enjoying a movie. Pile up on the big blue sectional sofa which also pulls out into a super-comfortable queen-size bed to accommodate extra guests.

For some friendly competition, the games room is where all the action happens. Challenge friends and family to a tournament on the pool table or the dartboard.

WiFi is available throughout the property so you can stream your favorite shows, keep your socials up to date, or stay on top of work or studies. The property is also equipped with central heat/AC to keep you comfortable no matter the season.

Kitchen & Dining:

The vibrant, open-plan kitchen and dining room features a gorgeous (and Instagrammable) hand-painted mountain mural and is also a dream for communal cooking and eating. You’ll have all the equipment and appliances you need to whip up tasty snacks and fancy feasts — including a dishwasher so there are no debates about whose turn it is to clean up after dinner!

The large coffee pot and single-cup Keurig machine ensure the whole group is ready to face the day together. When it’s time to gather for meals, take your pick of two dining areas. There are four comfy seats at the island for casual breakfasts, snacks, or keeping the cook company while they work their magic.

Alternatively, the large dining table comfortably seats six for long lunches and lively dinners. There’s also a highchair so tiny diners can join in on the fun at mealtimes.

Bedrooms & Baths:

Choose from five fabulous bedrooms! There’s plenty of space for everyone to get a great night’s sleep.

Bedroom #1, Primary suite – sleep like royalty in the primary suite’s king-size four-poster bed or curl up and watch a movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. There’s also a desk where you can journal or get a little work done. The attached en-suite with a walk-in shower adds an additional element of luxury.

Bedroom #2 – pull the room-darkening blind and sink into the king-size bed for a peaceful night’s slumber. Matching bedside lamps are ideal for late-night readers.

Bedroom #3 – this spacious room has a king-size bed and wall-mounted TV, making it an ideal choice for guests who enjoy cozy movie nights and streaming sessions.

Bedroom #4 – draw the curtains and hop under the king-size bed’s plush linens for a restful night’s sleep that’ll leave you feeling fresh and energized.

Bedroom #5 – this is the largest room and is ideal for epic slumber parties. Take your pick of custom-made bunk beds, the queen-size daybed, or the pull-out twin-size trundle bed. This room also has a foosball table and various games if you need to burn off some energy before bedtime.

The four guest rooms share two modern, full bathrooms equipped with sinks, toilets, and tubs/showers. And the handy addition of a washer and dryer means that your group will look and feel your freshest — even if you’re in town for a weekend of muddy outdoor adventuring!

Outdoor Amenities:

The large, fenced-in backyard is set up with everything your group needs to kick back and have fun together.

The private hot tub is ready and waiting for you to relax and enjoy the starry skies over Asheville! Since it’s covered, you can enjoy its soothing waters whatever the weather!

The BBQ masters in your group will love firing up the grill to prepare a feast that can be enjoyed in your very own outdoor dining area.

Head around the front of the property and you’ll find a pretty covered porch where you can enjoy a peaceful morning cup of coffee. There’s plenty of space to park up to five cars on the large drive.

Lovers of the great outdoors will appreciate being within easy reach of hiking trails for all levels and fun mountain towns like Black Mountain and Waynesville, where there are endless trails for hikers and bikers to explore. The nearby French Broad River is the best spot for ziplining and tubing.
