It is nestled in the perfect location on the golf course and boasts beautiful views of the fairway which you can enjoy from the bright and cozy sun room or the outdoor patio table right outside the door. This offers a truly relaxing retreat, with opportunity to enjoy so much of the outdoors from inside or out.

Spend quality time with family and friends in the large, open kitchen and living area. Stay in for the night and enjoy a meal in the large, modern kitchen or take advantage of the gas grill provided for cooking outdoors.

Ideal for a family with three kids or couples looking to vacation with friends, the property has a main bedroom with an attached, progressive bathroom and a cleverly designed second bedroom offering both a double and twin bed.

The Fairway Oaks complex also provides its guest two private pools to enjoy. Or, head to the beautiful beaches and relax with your toes in the sand and the ocean waves crashing in front of you. This villa is just a short 3-minute car ride or 8-minute bike ride to the beach.

You can also venture out and explore the resort's restaurants, unique shops, and lovely natural surroundings. Charming downtown Fernandina Beach is 15 minutes north with its trendy shopping and dinning options as well.

Bike and golf cart rentals are available at Amelia's Wheels on the Omni Amelia Island Resort or from various other vendors on island, many of which deliever.

Our villa does consider dogs and your furry companions will especially enjoy the resort's six miles of walking trails. Please note all dogs must be approved by management and there are size and breed restrictions. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions, and a $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

Please note that there is restricted access to the main Omni Amelia Island Resort hotel pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park. We will gladly answer any questions about activities and amenities.
