Enjoy a vacation like none other at this gorgeous Mediterranean home. This 3/3 is newly renovated and beautifully decorated with everything to pamper you and make you so comfortable you won't want to leave. There is a Smart TV in each bedroom as well as it’s own private court yard. There is Wi-Fi , a golf cart & numerous bicycles, all for your use at no extra charge. Step out of the house onto the courtyard into your private pool and spill-over spa, while being surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping, as well as a large courtyard with an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, firepit and outdoor tv - perfect for relaxing and entertaining! Full kitchen, French press, coffee bean grinder, blender, and much, much more.
FYI, outdoor bathroom is located a few steps from master & access is from outside for convenience while swimming & privacy. There is plenty to do on the Omni Amelia Island Resort, and nearby destinations that you do not want to miss out on to visit and experience.

Historic Fernandina Beach is 12 minutes north of the Omni.
There is incredible shopping, wonderful restaurants, and some with fabulous views of the Amelia River.
The Ritz Carlton of Amelia Island is less than two miles from Amelia Palms.

This was an absolutely beautiful property. Cleanliness is a very big deal for me when booking a property and my family and I were very impressed. We loved the outdoor space and the golf cart was an extra special bonus. The grounds surrounding the property was amazing and we were able to explore easily with the golf cart. We reached out to Alexandria to suggest options for more firewood and she replied within an hour. We had a cool rainy day and took advantage of the indoor fireplace which was also a nice bonus. We would definitely considering returning to this beautiful property again.

We had a great stay at this vacation rental in Amelia Island! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool and golf cart were awesome extras that really added to the experience. We had a minor issue with the pool during our stay, but the owner was incredibly responsive and had it resolved within an hour. Great location, great communication. we’d definitely book again!

Our stay was actually from October 11 through the 17th. First, the communication with our host, Alexandria, was beyond excellent. She was able to help us through a few hiccups with our stay. I would’ve rated a five except the pool heater took two days to get fixed. The property is in a great location and is very private. It just needs a little tender love and care. Having a golf cart and all extras like bikes, Beach chairs, etc, makes it all worthwhile. My family and I definitely would stay here again, Alexandria, for all of your assistance.

The two-day delay was due to the Monday (10/13) holiday, which limited service availability. To move things along faster, we switched to a different heater company that could expedite the repair, and we also extended your stay by an extra day (Free of charge) to make up for the downtime. Great Stay

We had a great stay at this location. We had my kids as well as my mother and father and we all enjoyed the house. Everything was clean and it was stocked with everything you’d need from kitchen supplies to pool toys and beach chairs. It was perfect. Check in and check out was easy and we will definitely plan another trip back.
