Charming retreat near sproat lake

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. The property is clearly advertised as a 3-bedroom space, with photos showing the exact sleeping arrangements. The “sleeps 8” label was generated by the platform, not by us directly, and Airbnb has acknowledged this. When your group requested accommodation for 7 guests, we made every effort to address your concerns promptly. A partial refund was offered so you could comfortably complete your stay, and we also offered a full refund if you preferred to relocate. Unfortunately, communication during this process was challenging and primarily limited to late evenings. Regarding noise, this is not consistent with the reality of the property during your stay. I was personally on-site and retired early each night, and there were no disturbances that would reasonably impact guests. We also note that the property was left in an unusually poor condition upon checkout, which was disappointing. We strive to provide a clean, accurately represented, and responsive hosting experience, and we stand by the efforts made to resolve this situation fairly.
