Absolutely stunning property and house setup for an active crew. Huge dock made staying down at the lake all day easy. Games room in basement was awesome for after dinner! They’ve thought of it all!

Spectacular Family Getaway

The owner was very communicative and extremely nice. The home is large and open and very comfortable. There is lots to do that we could t fit it all in, in the four days we were here. Although the weather was lovely and hot on the labour day weekend, it wouldn’t have been a loss if it rained either as there was lots of fun activities in the house. Our family can’t wait to book again!

PERFECT RENTAL ON THE LAKE - KID FRIENDLY

We just stayed for 3 nights in the cabin with kids. We shared the cabin with friends and we had ALOT of room!! This cabin has everything you could possibly want plus more! The kids had more than enough to do and the area is incredible. We went for a hike across the lake to a suspension bridge and water falls. We are booking again for 2017. I highly recommend this house for adults as well as kids.

Wonderful Lake House

A perfect place to spend Thanksgiving (or any span of time) with our two sons, their wives and three grandchildren. With five bedrooms there was enough room for everyone to be comfortable; the property was perfectly described in the listing. Plenty of space for groups to gather, either inside or outside, and the kitchen came with everything one would need. The owner, Brandon, was more than accommodating. Our family would look forward to a return to this beautiful house, situated on a large lake in a magical part of British Columbia.

Best rental house we we have ever been to!

This house is beyond amazing! It has everything you need and more. Beyond being beautiful it has so many great zones around the property feels like 5 different houses. The outdoor kitchen, the patio, the dock, the rec room and then the beautiful living area and kitchen. The host was one of the kindest humans we have ever met! We had an absolute blast, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking in the area and just enjoying everything the home had to offer. Absolutely gorgeous property, views and very spacious home, comfy beds and it was extremely clean! Can't wait to go back again!

This property was outstanding for our 2018 Greatlife Retreat. Every detail was covered in this modern home. All the women that attended were more than pleased with the amenities & care taken to create comfort in all the spaces. The linens were exceptionally soft, fantastic pillows, and everything you need for use in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry. The size of the property allowed everyone the space they needed to relax, play or commune. The dock, the lake, the setting were breathtaking and enjoyed by all. We will be booking more retreats here in 2019 and beyond. It is a very special place.

Amazing week with family!

11of our family members met here a couple of weeks ago. We had a great week! The cottage is wonderful, and is stocked with anything you could possibly need. There was so much room to spread out, everyone was able to relax and enjoy themselves. We had preteens to seniors, and there was something for everyone to do. Braden was an excellent host, sending us info about things to do and our kids loved that he took them tubing and kneeboarding in his boat. He even took Grandma out for a leisurely tube ride which she was thrilled about. The lake is great for swimming, the weather was perfect and the views are amazing. I highly recommended this property for all ages and interests, and would absolutely love to bring my family back.

My girls and I just wrapped up the most spectacular 3 night stay at this accommodation. Where do I even begin...the house is super well kept & maintained. No expense was spared when putting this place together (i.e. linens, appliances, toiletries, utensils/cookware, you name it they had it. It looks exactly like the pictures only better! Braden was super accommodating and kept in touch the entire time, even answering our barrage of last minute questions. The highlight of our weekend was for sure the tour of the lake via speed boat & tube riding! I've raved so much about this place to friends & family already, that I can't wait for our next booking!

A magical Place

We absolutely would stay here again! Braden was a very kind and accommodating host. The house was beautiful, I truly enjoyed my stay. To be able to wake up to such a breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake in the morning and then at night to be sitting in the hot tub watching the sun sparkle on the water it was breathtaking. There was not one time I heard my kids say they were bored, not once! We took the kayaks to the other side of the lake and wow it was just magical. The peace and stillness...and the sound of waterfalls! As we drank our coffee in the living room we saw a eagle scoop up a fish from the lake. How can you beat that! Book it! The only thing I regret is not booking a longer stay.

Lakeside beauty

Two families (with 3 children 6, 8 and 10) came to the lake for a week away. It turned out to be the best layout for family groups, with lots of bedrooms. With a play room, two living room areas and several decks, there was a space where one could find a moment of calm. The amenities in the kitchen can make anyone a grand chef, great seating to enjoy the meal after. The dock was spacious for just relaxing or family can enjoy kayaking, SUP or just jumping in the water. easy entry into the water. Definitely would revisit this home. Amazing Lakefront property!

The home was amazing to stay at! The home, the amenities and the dock were simply stunning! The house was very well stocked and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. So much to do at the place you don’t want to leave! We spent our days on the lake in the kayaks and on paddle boards provided .. and evenings playing on the ping pong table and pool table! The outdoor spaces are amazing and kid friendly too!

An oasis even in the fall!

Loved staying here! Such a beautiful property, beautiful lake, kitchen, deck, -everything! I stayed with my parents, my brother and his partner, myself and my partner and my aunt and for the 7 of us it was plenty of room! We thought we maybe wouldn’t enjoy the space as much as there was rain and it was cold but we got a day of light sprinkling/clear sky and still went kayaking and fishing! I even jumped in the lake (November!!)!! They have lots of appliances, spices, towels- truly went the extra mile to stock this home well! More than anything, the host was exceptional in communicating and just being incredibly gracious and kind. Would stay again in a heartbeat and will be recommending to friends!

what a gem of a spot

What a wonderful accommodation, rats this place has all the amenities you need and was very well stocked and welcoming. The host was available all through the process to answer any questions . We had access to SUP, kayaks, lawn games. across the lake we went for a short, lush and beautiful hike to some falls (thanks for tip Braden). Highly recommend this home to rent with friends or family. We made some great memories this weekend.

Awesome vacation home on Sproat Lake

So glad we found this place which turned out to be the ideal vacation home for our group. The host was very easy to communicate with, responsive and welcoming. The house was clean and tidy and very well appointed, especially the kitchen which had everything you could want and more. We really loved the tranquil and idyllic setting, which offered a really breathtaking view of the lake from most rooms of the home. We had lots of fun on the dock which we used for swimming, kayaking, and SUPing. Our only complaint was we wish we could have stayed longer!! We hope to return one day.

Great vacation rental!

This house was so amazing for our large group of 8 adults and one toddler. Lots of space for everyone, and lots of activities for all including kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, hot tubbing, and a full games room including a pool table which was well used! WHAT AN EPIC HOME!

We've stayed in a number of beautiful properties, and this was one of our absolute faves! The home was fully stocked: sooo many towels which is key with little humans at the lake. The kitchen had EVERYTHING, the beds and pillows were so comfy! I really appreciated the added toys, board games, paddle boards, kayaks and life jackets! Braden was an incredible, attentive host and was amazing!! Highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!
