Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time: 11:00 AM Please place dirty towels in the washer and start the wash cycle. Make sure to not overload the washer.
Knives and cookie sheets should be washed by hand and not put into the dishwasher.
If you are checking out on Sunday, please place the trash bins (located by the garage) out by the street in front of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We stayed here a month and it was very convenient while we visited family in the area. Very walkable to the downtown with shops and restaurants. It's short drive to groceries in Auburn. We loved it and will book it again.

This home was a perfect spot for us when my brother and I and our spouses came to Auburn to visit family for the holidays. The home was very clean and the beds comfortable. Additionally, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy a meal together. Chris was great at communicating and the check-in/out process was really easy.
