Before checkout: • Wash dishes or run dishwasher • Wipe counters, stove & tables • Remove all trash • Clean fireplace ash (use bucket)
If used: • Grill – clean & cover • Cushions – return to closet/box • Kayaks – to rack, paddles in box • Paddle boats – to shoreline sidewalk, upside down
If you take out the seat cushions you must put them away before you leave, if the cushions are missing or damaged you will be charged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
