It's a beautiful property, but would be difficult to navigate for anyone with mobility issues. Also, there's a sofa sleeper in the downstairs bedroom. Why not just make it a bedroom?The location was absolutely perfect.

LaJolla Shores Graduation Stay

The property is listed as a 3 bedroom home with 1 pull out ... not accurate! It is a 2 bedroom home with 2 pull outs and1 pullout is in the center of the living room/kitchen area .. not ideal! The other pullout is on the first floor and smels like a basement that has water damage. Also no matching dinnerware and 4 coffee cups

Hi Dee, Thanks for letting us know of the issues during your stay. We offered to have our handyman out to check any moisture smells and you said it wasn't a moisture issue, just a damp smell. We do have the first level separated off from the rest of the house, and we notate there is a queen sleeper sofa in both the downstairs and the living room in our ad. We will check the kitchen ware and make sure we have more coffee cups. Thanks for the feedback!
