Lower Greenville, downtown Dallas, Mockingbird Station, NorthPark Mall, Klyde Warren Park, Dallas Museum of Art, Perot Museum, Dealey Plaza, Holocaust Museum and White Rock Lake are minutes away. The Texas State Fair is a 6 minutes drive. Dallas Love Field Airport is 12 minutes away and DFW is 30 minutes away.

8.PLEASE DO NOT POUR COOKING GREASE INTO OUR KITCHEN SINK OR ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS COULD ALSO CAUSE A SERIOUS PLUMBING ISSUE. SHOULD THIS OCCUR AND A PLUMBING ISSUE IS CAUSED; YOU WILL PAY FOR THE REPAIR ONSITE BY THE MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL.

Simple but Bare

Checking was simple once we got the right code. Warm feeling when entering at first. Set up of tv and couch was weird angle, plus really far away. Bedrooms were clean but bare, mattress in tv bedroom needs to be replaced... so uncomfortable. There were minimal blankets throughout house, pillows were flat pancakes, not enough towels in bathroom. Shower is meant for some 5ft tall. Heater to rooms worked great but living room/ kitchen was cold most of the time. Kitchen is basic necessities and utensils. Building felt safe though, parking good with motion cameras.

Our stay at your unit and was far from stress free..We requested an early check in and never received the entry code so we could arrive early. As a result we had to check in at 4pm.- found 2 roaches on the freezer upon arriving- after a long day of travels, we had only 2 towels when the unit should have been prepared with 4 from the beginning (had to wait for the towels to arrive)- after towels arrived, we had NO HOT WATER. Despite our messages and phone calls, we received no answer. The maintenance team arrived THE NEXT DAY. Leaving us with no other choice than to take cold showers that night and that morning. That to me is unacceptable. Maintenance came the next morning 10am,to fix it and they completed that at about noon. So needleless to say, it took forever. When asked to at least credit us back for one night...no response... crickets.... DO NOT STAY HERE.
