Please stick to the number of guests listed on your reservation. If someone extra needs to stay the night, just send us a quick message through Airbnb.

⚠️ Important Notices:
Unauthorized parties or events may result in a $2,500 minimum fee, plus any damages.
If police are called due to a disturbance, there’s a $100/hour fee from the time they arrive until they leave.
🐶 No Pets or Animals
We love animals, but due to severe allergies, we’re unable to allow pets, service animals, or emotional support animals.
Violations may result in a $250 cleaning fee and possible cancellation.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, and pipes).
A $250 minimum cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected indoors.

🧯 Emergency Maintenance
For emergencies like fire, flooding, or major electrical issues:

Message the word “EMERGENCY” via the Airbnb app with details
Call the host using the number provided in your reservation
Dial 911 in any life-threatening situation
🚽 Plumbing
Please don’t flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. These can cause clogs.
Plumbing damage due to misuse starts at a $250 repair fee.

🍳 Grease Disposal
Please don’t pour cooking grease down the drain. Blockages or damage will incur a minimum $500 repair fee.

🔇 Quiet Hours
Let’s keep things peaceful from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Disturbances that lead to a police report may result in a $500 minimum charge.

🗑 Excessive Trash
Leaving excessive trash in or around the unit may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

📷 Security Cameras
Exterior Ring cameras and Ring doorbells are installed for safety and security.
