Loved our stay, communication was great with the host, location was central for us visiting family. Only concern was that we were unable to use the grill, probably could use a new one. Besides that, 5 stars across the board.. great home! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The contact and responsiveness of the host was pretty good. The host responded to every question and request in a decent amount of time. However, the responses given did not solve issues presented. Upon arrival, the key/gate opener were supposed to be in a lockbox which was inoperable. The house key and gate opener were left in the open mailbox. No notice given that host was on premises during beginning of stay until guest arrived. A man was on premise and guest had no idea who it was and sent immediate notice to host. Which was when guest learned host was staying on premise. No notice given regarding pool attendant arriving on location. Repeated notice of some type of bug in the house; was met with response that exterminator had been there until second week when guest was sick. Master bedroom excessively hot - no ceiling fans in a large space. Bring a fan or the room won't ever cool down. Shower leaked and tub wouldn't hold water (was fixed during stay but guest had to remain on premise for 8 hours while plumber there)No instructions given regarding what was in the home for the stay; no details about trash pick up; no details about how to use appliance; no grill tools; no details about toilet paper or other paper products, and no details about wild life in the area. There was a dirty rag left in guest bath. There is a co-located guest house with a gate that does not have a lock which was not mentioned. Thus anyone could enter. No advisement given.

I chose to live on this neighborhood because of its unique qualities in San Antonio. When you go for a walk it run in the neighborhood it feels like you’re in the hill country even though you are in the city. Everything is really close and convenient.

What makes this property unique

The wildlife in the area is beautiful. Everything from white tail deer roaming the neighborhood to the sound of owls in the trees at night.

During the summer the pool and the barbecue area are the perfect combo!
