Thank you for your review! We’re glad the central location, clean space, and layout worked perfectly for your group, and it’s great to hear you enjoyed the covered parking. We’d love to host you again!
Easy check in. Covered parking is right by the garage entrance. Hot tub is in the same building. Super close to the bus stop to get to The Village or Canyon Lodge. Mattresses were decent, lots of room. Overall the place isn't bad, just in need of a bit of upkeep and a deep clean.
Great condo. Well maintained. Love the real fireplace!

Thank you for your great review! We’re glad you enjoyed the condo and especially the real fireplace—it’s definitely a guest favorite. We’d love to host you again!
All was in order! A few items that could be better:1) Providing one dishwasher tablet per night of the stay. We were only provided 3 tablets for a 6 night stay2) Providing hot tub accessories, like additional towels or robes. There were too few extra towels to use for the nearby hot tub, meaning the same towels needed to be split across showers and hot tub.3) No lighter or matches were provided for the wood burning fireplace.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Decent to good stay overall, quiet and comfortable, with a few things the management should know about.Pros: Quiet neighbors and a nice overall vibe. Good seating for dining. Management responded quickly whenever we reached out. Loved having 3 full bathrooms, underground parking with guest spaces and a bike rack, and being close to the village and bus stop. Fans in every bedroom plus ceiling fans in the living room and loft were great. Fireplace looked nice, though we visited in summer so didn't use it. Games were available for downtime, and the open floor plan on the main level made the space feel bigger. (Didn't use the TV, so can't speak to that.)Cons: The unit wasn't cleaned very well. The rugs in the kitchen and bathrooms looked especially dirty, though that may be a housekeeping gap management isn't aware of. It's listed as a 3 bedroom, but the third "bedroom" upstairs has no door, no window, and no closet, just a slatted opening into the loft, so it's neither private nor quiet. This shouldn't be advertised as a true 3 bedroom. The kitchen was also lacking: the toaster oven has no rack, making it useless, there's only one teaspoon but tons of serving spoons, and the knives are so dull we struggled to cut an apple. If it were advertised as a 2 bedroom with large loft it would have improved the rating and value for money, but it was a lot for our guests to not have a door or way to shut out noise.
Overall, the place is very clean, but we noticed that the oven racks inside are quite dirty. Additionally, we were a bit surprised to find no coffee provided, as it's usually standard in our experience.
