We had a wonderful stay in Key Largo. Annmarie was a very friendly and welcoming hostess, and her communication was excellent from start to finish. The condo was clean, the amenities were exactly as advertised, and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Very nice accommodations including 3 separate outdoor sitting areas. We enjoyed the included golf cart and bikes to explore the area. The complex was beautiful and convenient to restaurants, shops and other attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location to the pool and jetty. The pavilion was also ideally located near the unit, so we could all have a meal together at a table. Host was the best in communicating I have ever experienced. Scuba dived with Quiescence which was fabulous.

Our family had an amazing time. Annmarie was accommodating and was always reachable when we needed her. The place was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our favorite was driving up the Jetty with the golf cart to watch the sunset and to fish. We can stay there all night. Highly recommended!

This VRBO experience stands out from all our previous stays. Before we even arrived, Annamarie sent a comprehensive welcome email with a detailed guide covering everything: house amenities, local attractions, step-by-step instructions for the golf cart, paddle boards, and bikes, plus restaurant recommendations. The thoroughness of this information immediately eased my anxiety about planning our days and finding great places to eat.Annamarie checked in with us on our first full day to ensure we had everything we needed, and she responded quickly to every question we asked. Her attentiveness made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.The condo itself has everything a family could need, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The location couldn't be better—we had direct access to the pool right from our back door, and the tennis courts, additional pools, and beach/ocean area were all just a short walk away.This is the perfect place to relax, explore the area, and soak up the sun. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot and would absolutely return!

Private, Quaint and WelcomingOur host is so all about hospitality and approachable with questions about the condo and surrounding area. The lagoon is a good area for learning to snorkel and i suggest focusing use of it when sun is out. There's always the 2 pools which you end up choosing on if you like the temperature warmer or not. There's a golf cart available if you have a family of young kids to haul to the jetty nearby or supplies for a cookout but those areas are also an easy walk just over 5 minutes. Outside of resort you have an assortment of restaurants for excellent seafood and the snorkeling business we booked with was only a mile away. I'd say for a family of 4-5 , this is excellent. I liked that the mattresses were firm and in the master, you played with the mattress topper to decide between soft and firm. She had amenities of golf cart and bicycles and rec equipment like pickle ball stuff and paddleboards...you can't go wrong staying here.Place was clean. Well stocked with basics. Organized. We just had to buy food, coffee and paper towels. Some toiletries were provided as well. Place made me feel like I was a local, not a tourist!

Great place

This place had everything you possibly need to enjoy your stay in Key Largo, all you have to do for this place is bring your clothes and food. Everything else is there. My kids enjoyed swimming in the lagoon with the fish. Thank you to our host. The accommodations were great and will probably be booking you again for next year around the same time

Annmarie was wonderful. Me, my fiancé and 2 friends went down to celebrate my daughter's 27th birthday(daughter passed away in 2024). Key Largo was my daughter's favorite place. They were kind and very generous. The place was beautiful. Everyone on the property was nice and had courtesy. We grilled streaks one night down by the water and had mimosa the next morning by the water. We did not use the bikes or kayaks because I am scared of the any water. We would 100% recommend this place!

Our family had a well needed relaxing vacation. Our stay here was awesome! Owners were very nice and ready to help if you needed it is There was a lagoon and swimming pool literally outside our back door. Loved that the kitchen was fully equipt and place had a washer and dryer. Kayak, paddle board, golf cartand bikes were also nice features. The place itself was very welcoming. The. Ocean was very relaxing . We enjoyed our snorklig trip and time spent on a beach Would highly recommend staying here

If I could give this little piece of paradise more stars I would! Everything you could ever need was provided. The host was amazing & very thoughtful. She went above & beyond by getting a birthday cake for our birthday girl!! The place was perfect with lots of room & decorated so beachy! We had so much fun with the kayaks, bikes, snorkel gear & golf cart that came with this rental! The property had its own lagoon & jetty!! We saw lots of sea life & beautiful sunsets! This place could not have been more perfect!! We were very greatful finding this Jem!! You will not be disappointed

Key Largo “Kawama Jewel”

Capturing the wonder of this stay in words simply will not do it justice. The views nearby, the set up, dining options nearby, the house decor and location are wonderful. On top of that, Annemarie who was our direct fabulous host was super helpful and very communicative, regardless of day and or time. This made an amazing stay with my wife and daughter easily possible. Everything in the description is accurate and then some - pool was fantastic as well as the lagoon which are right outside the back door. We really did not need to go anywhere, but it is worth venturing out to capture as many views and experiences of paradise as possible. We can't thank her enough! Can't recommend this location enough, we hope to be back as we only scratched the surface of what the beautiful keys has to offer, you will not be disappointed.

July 4th Trip

I knew from the pictures that the place was going to be great and that the owners took pride in their home. Annmarie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more! I was very impressed with her attention to details about the place and surrounding area restaurants and attractions, etc. I know that she would help us have a great trip and it was very welcoming! The condo was super cute and clean and we had everything we needed. It was fun being able to use the golf cart and paddle boards and kayaks. Plus you can snorkel right off the jetty very easily. We had a great time! It was a great location with lots to do around us. We had a blast renting jet skis from Tropic Water Sports and the guy there was super nice. I’d definitely recommend this rental to family and friends going to the area.

The Perfect Spot

We had an amazing stay at this Key Largo condo! The location is ideal—very central to everything in the area. One of the highlights was having access to a golf cart, which made it easy and fun to explore the neighborhood and surrounding areas on local roads.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The beds were cozy, there were plenty of fresh towels, and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed. Each room had a smart TV, which was a great bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The pool was just steps from the back door—super convenient and perfect for a quick dip anytime.The host was absolutely fantastic—responsive, helpful, and quick to answer every call and text. Their communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Key Largo!

This Sunset Lagoon condo was awesome! It fit our family of 5 perfectly. We loved that the unit sits next to the pool and very close to an entrance to the lagoon (which was neat to swim with the fish!). The complex was peaceful and relaxed and had friendly people living/staying there. We enjoyed taking rides on the golf cart to the marina and fishing off the jetty. Late night pickleball was a blast too!The unit was super clean and decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen had everything we needed (and plenty of appliances/dishes/amenities we didn’t end up using). The living room area was a perfect hangout space and the patio off of the bedroom was a beautiful place to have coffee in the morning as well as a cocktail at night (with the lights on!!!). 2 full bathrooms were a bonus and the water pressure in the downstairs one was great. The yacht club is a short drive away from a ton of cool places on Key Largo and Islamorada (Lazy Days, Robbie’s, Gilbert’s, Theater of the Sea, etc.) which was great for dinners and exploring the Keys.Annmarie made EVERYTHING easy for us! Her guidebook should be the model all hosts aspire to. Check-in/out process was simple. She was uber responsive to my questions and did so very quickly. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Hi!  We are the Norman Family!  We've always loved the ocean and found our peace and happiness in the Florida Keys a few years back at this EXACT CONDO!!!   It became our own and we feel so lucky to own it and share it with the world. We got hooked...pun intended!  We love all things ocean water sports and the peace and serenity it brings us with our busy lives with work and kids.  Of all the places to travel, we repeatedly come back to this place.  We love our quality family time, but we also love friends weekends, so this is literally the perfect resort to have whatever you are in need of.  Tropical family vacation full of excursions or just lay by the pools and lagoon or friends or couples trip and do all of the things the Florida Keys has to offer!  Our kids love to snorkel in the lagoon, collect crabs in the coral reef right off the Jetty and just ride around on the golf cart.  We kayak, paddle board, swim, boat, snorkel and rest and we hope you feel the exact same way.  We hope we "hook" you into coming back to Reefside Lagoon Retreat for years to come.  Our home is your home away from home.
