Welcome to this charming farmhouse in Noblesville. Sleeps 8 in 4 beds. Accessible by stairs. Standalone 2 Br carriage house beautiful country scenery, mini-kitchen, grill, patios, fire pits, games and more. You'll have the entire carriage house which is detached from the main house with its own private entrances. We live on property in main house. 5 minutes to quaint Noblesville and Cicero downtown, Morse Lake Marina, kayaking/fishing/tubing at White River and walking distance to Potter's Bridge nature trails. 15 minutes to Ruoff Concert Pavilion and Grand Park sports complex. Parking, Pet Friendly. Flex check-in/out times. You are welcome to enjoy the property, patio and fire-pit areas.
2 Bedrooms are divided by barn doors, other bedroom has full-sized bunks. All memory foam. Plenty of linens, hair dryer, curling iron, iron, toiletries. Dishes, coffee/tea provided. Cable TV, gaming devices, books, games and firewood. Bathroom is small and note the 2nd/3rd bedroom is one big room so not total privacy and you have to go through bedroom to get to bathroom-see photos

We had 5 adults stay two nights, we had plenty of room. Everything was clean, temperature was nice. We appreciate all the extra amenities, the bathroom was stocked with anything you may have forgot, plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked also. Location was nice, also quiet. There is a nice view of the night sky right out the back door! Mindy was very attentive, a great host! We would stay here again.

Trust me - if you are looking for a great property and owners/hosts, you cannot go wrong here! The carriage house you stay in is exactly as the description details and the pictures show, and the views/property are even better than imagined. My stay was just for a couple of nights and just myself & two dogs, and I wish we'd have had more time on this visit. I will definitely planning on staying here again when I'm going to be back in the central IN area! If the rating scale on each category was 1-10, I'd score each category at least an 11.

Great location for the wedding we attended and close to restaurants and stores. Nice and private on a large piece of property. We wished we had more time to sit on the balcony and deck. It exceeded our expectations and the four of us had a great experience. Really nice living space and many extra amenities available if you desired. If we didn’t have prior commitments that would have been something we would have looked into. Host are on the property but you have total privacy in your own separate quarters. We’d stay again if we were ever going to that area.

This was so cozy and nice! Mt bridesmaids and i stayed together here the night before my wedding. It was so cozy and clean and comfy, we had so much fun! LOVED that there was movies and Mario cart to play too!!!
