Relax in your own private oasis in the pool with trickling waterfall. Look up at all the beautiful palm trees. Hang out in a beautifully landscaped back yard including a brand new outdoor shower. Enjoy an oversized covered patio with enough outdoor seating for your entire group. This well laid out 4 bedroom 2.5 bath rancher is unique as the neighborhood is surrounded by one level homes, with large privacy walls between neighbors. You have no-one looking down into your private yard. An immaculately maintained park with Basketball Courts, Soccer field, a running track and covered playground are located just across the street.

We are sure you will enjoy this comfortably furnished home, that is perfect for families or friends. There is plenty of room to spread out. We have a games room, with a 55' HD TV, Sony Gaming Console, air hockey (and ping pong table in the garage). The Kids can hang out in the games room while you relax in 1 of two large sitting areas. The living room has a view of the pool and has 2 large couches with 2 matching oversized chairs, or you could watch TV on 75’ HD Samsung Smart TV, blue tooth JBL Sound system including Subwoofer. In the family room chill out on the comfy couch and 2 loveseats. In the evenings the whole group may enjoy playing cards or roulette at the custom wood and felt game table located off the living room.

Enjoy a goodnight sleep in 1 of 4 rooms, Room 1 - The Primary suite has a high end Stearns and Foster King mattress, this beautifully decorated peaceful room is attached to the covered patio by large sliding French doors with a bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, large soaker tub and separate glass shower. The master bedroom has a 55’ Smart TV, Blu-ray Player, Direct TV. Rooms 2 and 3, both rooms have King Bedded brand new Sealy mattress’s new headboard and side tables both decorated in fresh clean calming colour and decor. Room 4 - Junior Suite / Games Room enjoy this massive room with a pillow top Queen bed, with the option of another queen in the sofa. This room is will make you feel like you have been upgraded to a VIP suite. There is a 55’ smart TV, with a game console, and direct TV. This room has a couch and 2 comfy chairs to watch or play a game. The air hockey table is located in this room.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need including large pool towels. We also stock all soaps (Dish, Bath) Shampoo, Conditioner, and Shower Gel for your convenience. We have enough dishes, cutlery and patio dishes for the entire group. We have video games as well as board games for you to enjoy.

We charge a one time cleaning fee, however if you would like the house cleaned while you are staying at the house it can be arranged for an additional fee.

With all the activities to do at the home you may have a hard time squeezing in NASCAR which is 25 min away or MLB Spring training our home is within minutes from the Goodyear Ballpark (Cleveland Indian & Cincinnati Reds), Peoria Complex (Seattle Mariners/San Diego Padres). Why not head in to downtown Phoenix and catch a Diamondbacks baseball game or a Phoenix Suns Basketball game. If you love football: You are only 15 minutes from the magnificent Cardinal stadium. If you are a golfer you will be in heaven with 4 top notch courses within a few minutes from our house you can start your game early and be back at the pool for a Siesta.

Goodyear is a newer area within greater Phoenix, and it’s character is reflected in the beautifully landscaped boulevards and shopping centers. It is a quiet part of Phoenix compared to Mesa or central Phoenix.

Everything you need is within a 3 minute drive, or you can take a 10 minute walk to groceries, coffee or restaurants. You will really enjoy your stay here, with the whole family or just on your own!
