Difficult to Sleep

This is a nice little apartment in a great location in central Calgary with beautiful views; however, be aware the noise at night is brutal. There seems to be a new trend (we heard later) that people are drag racing on the nearby street at 2am. This went on night after night. It's poorly soundproofed to the city noises to begin with so it's just constant noise until about 3am then the train comes through at 5am. Mattresses in both bedrooms are shot and lumpy - need replacement along with pillows. Poor AC airflow in master. Carpets/Throw rugs are dirty and need replacement also. Security is excellent and parking underneath very helpful.
