Great Condo for Girls Trip!!

Long weekend girls trip, lovely little condo. A bit bumpy with the fob at check in but the host was great and we figured it out! Would recommend for a girls trip or small family.

There was only one elevator working so it was really hard to initially get access because it timed out before we could get on the elevator. Took us a long time 20 min to get in. The owner didn’t reply to multiple messages we just wanted early access if possible we were willing to pay however we were just ignored it was my first time using VRBO so we didn’t feel very confident. Once we got access the place was nice and very convenient we loved our stay

One of my worst VRBO experiences ever. The check-in experience, parking, communication were all a nightmare. After receiving check-in instructions and reviewing others' reviews more thoroughly, it is clear that the apartment complex does not actually allow for short term rentals and the check-in instructions threaten that if you talk to concierge about assistance with getting into the apartment that the host will fine you 1500.The whole process was ridiculous. We had to call multiple times to get into and out of the apartment, the fobs didn't work to get into parking. We missed dinner reservations and had to change our entire weekend plans because we couldn't get in and out of the parking garage because the fobs provided didn't work. Then when checking out, the host had all weekend to get us fobs that worked and he didn't provide them, so I had to call again and he didn't figure out a way to get us out. We ended up having to follow another tenant out of the garage.This place is NOT kid-friendly. There is heavy breakable decor everywhere. The oven can be opened and climbed into with buttons reachable by a small child. The back porch is a balcony on the 24th floor with little guardrail and the sliding door lock was BROKEN open so we had to barricade the access. And the code to stay/lock the front was totally unsecure.Other reviews talk about getting harassed by other apartment tenets for staying here because the VRBO is illegal. Stay at your own risk.

We had an excellent stay at this downtown Calgary property. The location is outstanding—just steps from great restaurants, coffee shops, and city attractions, yet quiet and relaxing inside. The unit was spotless, well-furnished, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and living space were cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the overall setup made it feel like a home away from home.Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the convenience of being right in the heart of downtown. This property is ideal for our weekend stay. Perfect spot for our family of 5 who were visiting family in Calgary. We love this location just south of downtown. Central for all our visiting. The bunk queen beds were perfect for us. Compliments on the comfort of the mattresses.
