Walking and biking path on the corner, a half block away. Just minutes from downtown Houston. 3 blocks to popular 19th street quaint shops, restaurants and live Heights Theater. Perfect for 2 but can sleep 1 more if needed.

One bedroom, one bath with full stainless steel kitchen that includes icemaker, microwave, gas range, toaster, Keurig, french press and drip coffee makers and dishwasher. Washer and dryer in unit. One comfortable queen bed and a memory foam twin mattress if needed. Portable crib may also available be available on request. Vaulted beamed ceiling. Sliding barn door separates bedroom area. Business ready with iron and board, laptop work space, & wireless internet and Xfinity TV.and Apple TV. Lock box key access for self check in. I previously enjoyed hosting guests at my nearby Woodland Heights bungalow until 2019 when we sold it. I decided to build a custom designed garage apartment in our backyard in Houston Heights and began to rent it in late March, 2017. We really enjoy hosting and have enjoyed very favorable reviews from our guests. We also love sharing our Koi pond with our guests. It is adjacent to the apartment path and the fish swim over to the guests as they pass by. We have specialty Koi food available if guests wish to feed them. There is a small table and seating for guests adjacent to the pond.
Our victorian style 3 bedroom main house at this same address has recently been made available for vacation rentals since we also enjoy staying at our Lake Conroe Home.

Owner takes pride in making the place a beautiful and comfortable retreat with all the amenities you may need to make for a very comfortable stay.
The location is in the most walkable area of the neighborhood. There is a dedicated Hike and Bike trail access 1/2 block away. We are also close to running paths on Heights Blvd and nearby Memorial Park. Houston Heights continues to add new restaurant, coffee shops, bars, live entertainment, and shopping, Houston and other businesses. This location also offers convenient, short drive to downtown Houston, Texas Med center, museum and theater district. Easy access to 3 major freeways. Metro bus stop within 2 blocks. Off street parking. Dedicated parking space for guests.
