The unit appeared clean upon arrival; however, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The king bed was comfortable, but the other beds were not. Much of the furniture showed significant wear and appeared dated.The cookware, particularly the baking pans and sheets, was in unacceptable condition and should be replaced. Additionally, the hand mixer was not functioning properly. Two of the televisions also had issuesā€”one was missing a remote control, and the other could only be operated using the buttons on the television itself.That said, the management company provided outstanding customer service. They responded promptly to our concerns, delivered brand-new cookware, and even left beach towels as a thoughtful gesture. Their professionalism and responsiveness were greatly appreciated.While we would not choose to stay in this particular unit again, we would absolutely consider booking another property managed by this company. Despite the issues with the unit, we made the most of our stay and ultimately had a good time.
